The reception staff are useless. Dr Korbl is unprofessional and doesn’t let you know he’s unavailable even though the appointment was confirmed only hours beforehand and Dr Tyncherov is judgmental and rude.

The reception was fine. I got annoyed because I had a appointment booked from 6 weeks ago. 20 minutes before my appointment on the way there I was told there is no doctor. My appointment was cancelled.

I went to get my second Pfizer Covid vaccine dose here and I'm glad that I did. I was seen within minutes of my booking time, unlike with my first dose (at Sunshine Hospital) where I had to wait in line for around an hour. There was plenty of social distanced seating for everyone. The halloween decorations and the friendly staff were also a nice touch:).

I went in healthy, saw Dr Franck, now I’m sick. I think he gave me Covid-19.
Will not be returning… If I survive….

Disgusting… A doctor who can’t follow public health advice! Karma will get him.

Dr Harms at Chapel Gate Medical has been my GP for many years. He has always provided wise and caring advice and treatment. His pro-active focus on health risk assessment and monitoring helps me indentify and take action on problems early. This was especially importnat regardingf my prostate cancer which has been treated successfully. I have a great deal of confidence and trust in Dr Harms and can recommend him unreservedly.

Would be 5 stars if the review of the doctors was all we are scoring. Doctor Hok is great and professional. Would be a 1 star for the reception staff who are rude and not helpful. Thanks

I have been registered in this clinic when they were still in Prahran, as soon as the clinic moved to Windsor nothing seems to be working there.

I had 2 different scans done in 2 different radiology facilities, twice my scans were lost. Apparently they are having Fax problems (as it is outlined in their website and on photo attached). The first time I was told by the lady in the reception to chase it myself, call the radiology and give them the temporary number to fax it again. Done. The second time - same thing. My scan was lost for over a month, I called the clinic 3 times, and a VERY rude lady Mel (Melissa or Melanie) told me there is no need for me to be calling there and if the doctor needs to speak to me i will get a text to make an appointment. Funny, how is that supposed to work, if they never got my scans? Its like buying a lottery ticket, maybe they got my scan, maybe they didnt - i will never know.

Mel with her terrible attitude said she will call the radiology and find that scan, never got back to me. When I personally appeared at the clinic to seek information, she was extremely rude and said its not their fault the radiology had the wrong fax number and it was their fault my scans were missing. How is that possible? It happened within 3 weeks with two different radiology, moreover they have a notification on website saying they are having fax problems.

This is the worst experience I ever had with a clinic, its not like buying chocolate at a supermarket, its people's health and I would expect the service to be done properly and not being neglected. I have raised my concerns many times, calling there and making sure they found my scans. 3 weeks later, as if it never happened, scans still lost. I am offended as a patient, I have changed to another clinic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, if you have a chance please stay away from the rude receptionist, she shouldn't be working in health care.kind regards

Dr Zulfia Tyncherov is top of her field for ALL illnesses pertaining to any particular body parts mental or physical.
I have been her patient for many years now and a better doctor you will not find anywhere else in Melbourne. It is reassuring to know there are a few doctors one can feel confident in trusting their ability as true professionals in their chosen sphere of treating the sick.
I feel blessed to have finally found someone, (doctor) in the medical profession I can honestly say is absolutely trustworthy in their diagnoses.

I use Gideon Poratt at Chapelgate for Podiatry. Seriously you CANNOT get better. He is accommodating, he really knows his stuff and he does not overcharge. I have “difficult” feet and he looks after them every time. Highly recommended.

Chapelgate Medical is an exceptional medical clinic. The clinic is clean and well organised. Everyone in my family and a few family friends often see Dr Tyncherov and we all think highly of her as she is a wonderful, knowledgeable and caring doctor. She always addresses all of my concerns and takes her time to explain everything. I have never had a medical issue that Dr Tyncherov wasn't able to help fix as she is a true medical professional in every sense of the word. Also, Tash at reception is so lovely and makes the booking process an absolute breeze.
