Well, I'll be a cybertronian flat tire! This here med bay? More impressive than Wheeljack's workshop. Docs who've got your back and understand, just like Prime, they are. Now, the bots at the front desk, they're as courteous as you'd expect Autobots to be, friendlier than Bumblebee even.

You ain't gonna be stuck waitin' like a Decepticon in a pit - no sir! Place runs smoother than Teletraan I on a good day. These human medics, they carry themselves high and mighty, just like us Autobots, always lookin' to be the best.

Not just for your spark, they're lookin' out for your human parts too. Makes ya feel heard, respected, like chattin' up with old Ratchet. They turn that med bay into a safe zone, safer than Autobot HQ.

I'd trust 'em like I trust Prime, and that's no small thing. Strongly recommend, I do. Ironhide, Autobot, signin' off.

What more can I say both Mel & Heather are so welcoming so helpful & so caring of all the patients. They're a credit to the clinic & Dr. Anna is so caring.

After being with them for two decades it was very disappointing they would not forward my records without charging me. Clearly a money driven medical practice.

Having been going for a few years at first things were okay had one good doctor, over the last couple of years have had so many problems from appointments being booked wrong to charging me for test I don’t need. Today I found out my regular doctor has gone from here but I need a Prescription for my asthma medication, saw a new guy and instead of just giving me it he took 20 minutes to look at my history and order 10 different test I don’t need for everything from the Previous test came back negative plush 7 other tests I’ve never even heard of then on the way out said when you come back we can talk diet. I was appalled I know I’m chubby but I have lost a lot of weight in the last 3 years, for him to say that is just unacceptable all I can say was it was the final nail in the coffin I am looking into other clinic’s I do not recommend coming here.

Took my elderly mother to Dr Hassabi and was immediately impressed with his desire to help. He was very articulate, knowledgeable and most importantly, cared. Not just on the first visit, but all subsequent visits since.

I would not trust this practise with your medical history. They took over from Fitzroy Street Medical Centre and have categorically refused to help me, failed to ensure an adequate handover of medical information and/or implemented any patient care planning.

The reception staff have been polite, but this is perhaps the single worst experience I have had with the medical system in this country. I will be reporting the practise to the Health Complaints Commissioner as I am fairly certain this constitutes medical negligence.

I've always had a very good experience at the Fitzroy Street Medical Centre The staff is patient and polite. Dr Martin Hassabi is a wonderful doctor as he is really knowledgeable, experienced, takes time to listen and understand the issue.

This place is great. I have found the staff friendly and communicative. Dr Hassabi is very friendly, personable and takes his time to listen to patients and provides clear advice and information.

Doc Michael was great very good with helping find some things I didn't know about and I hope to hear some good news soon

The staff and doctors at Fitzroy St Medical Centre are attentive, efficient, outside-the-box thinkers and always follow up! I'm glad I found them!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Read on… you have been warned.

A number of significant issues with this clinic. Firstly, good luck getting a remote/Telehealth appointment. I had my call 60 mins late, no message/call to explain that it’s running late or a revised ETA. If you’re unemployed and are willing to stay near a phone all day in the hopes someone might contact you, then this might be the clinic for you!

I would also suggest that coming to this clinic and hoping for anything more than a medical certificate, may only result in disappointment. At least one doctor at this clinic lacks the experience/skills to diagnose a number of ailments. Though strangely the same doctor can also help you, if you go to his specialist laser clinic…

Again, I can only speak from my experience, but this clinic has hired at least one doctor that will argue with you, cut you off from talking, shout at you and tell you that your medical needs are not ‘urgent’ despite all evidence to the contrary.

Needless to say, but there’s an active complaints with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency) concerning the doctor and HCC (Health Complaints Commissioner) concerning the actual clinic.

Fantastic experience for my sons first appointment @ Fitzroy Street medical centre with dr Martin Hassabi. We Have recently moved St Kilda and was looking for a new local GP. We found Dr Hassabi extremely caring, personable & knowledgable. Very happy and the bulk billing is an extra bonus.

I have been coming to this GP Practice for many years and always had great service and care. There have been many Doctors come and go however Dr Hussabi who is there at the moment is always professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable. Sometimes the wait times are a little longer however this is due to some patients needing/taking extra time with their set 15 min appointments which sets the Doctor back. Also, I always remind myself that it’s a bulk bill practice and these are few and far between these days. We are lucky to have Dr Hussabi and this practice in the St Kilda area!

I have been a patient for half my life, but since a spinal injury in 2013 I have been seeing Dr Paul Harms fortnightly, or Dr Lee if Paul is unavailable. Paul is fantastic, as is Dr Lee. Reception staff are all lovely and endeavour to look after things swiftly, and the nursing staff have always been wonderful.
Highly recommend this clinic as an ongoing patient for people with a need for continuity of care.
