Chandler Road Medical Clinic

Just an awful experience every time. The clinic never fails to keep you waiting min.one hour from your appointment time. Booked for 6pm, be seen at 7.15pm ad an example. When following up with reception, response is unfortunately it's the way it is. Take a seat! Wtf

Terrible wait times, people have waited upto 2 hours and if you want to see a doctor on Saturday it's $70.that's ridiculous. Staff are also very unprofessional.

Absolute worst clinic out. Some of the doctors at this clinic shouldn't be there. The reception staff are rude and unprofessional. The wait times are in excess of an hour, only because there is nowhere else to go locally, they wouldn't be in business if there was another clinic nearby. The way they treat people is appalling.

I have been going here for 30+ years. Yes you may have to wait but the doctors are great especially Dr Jenny, shes brilliant.

Unfair way of dealing from receptionist.

I called up today to book an appointment for my younger brother and receptionist said, she could not find him on the database, though my brother visited them last week and have a bill as well. She was forcing to come at after hour clinic which has a fees of $95.

Will not be visiting them anymore.

Waiting time is disgusting had appointment at 11.00 am and was not seen till after 1.00pm
, and the doctors start a 9.00am. Doctors do not care as well as there response was "if you don't like it you can leave", look after your patients a little better and don't make so many bookings and stop chasing the money

Reception staff are rude & obnoxious. Some of the doctors are OK, but none worth the horrendous wait time.

The Docs are good.but reception is terrible.the most unhelpful people.wait time is too long disgusting service

Do not see - Fazmina Idroos, she is posibbly the worst doctor and has no manners.
Apart from her the rest of the doctors are really very nice and helpful.

Great local family clinic. Very convenient as it has on site pharmacy. Doctors and nurses are wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. I cannot say the same of the reception. My rating to them is 3. But I will not stop going to the clinic because of that.

Can not beleive how long you have to wait just for a flu injection, also to see your local doctor. I dont mind having to wait, but for over an hour just to see a GP! Sorry im out of there. Not Happy! They have lost me as a Patient.

I have been coming to this clinic since I was 10 years old great surgery Dr Robb and Dr Jenny are fantastic doctors!

People complaining about waiting time is understandable but ridiclous at the same time. This is a very popular clinic with many people coming through with different medical issues. Just because one persons issue is less time consuming than anothers its not an issue with the doctors or clinic but the people complaining themselves. That's when it becomes selfish. I've been going to this clinic my whole 22 years of life + when my mother was pregnant with me and they've never been nothing but amazing. Regardless which doctor I see.

I don't understand why the doctors at chandler medical clinic are never on time. Appointment that was meant to be for 6pm ends up at 7.30pm. Previous times it was 2 hrs delay. Whenever I ask the unfriendly ladies at the counter as to why there is a big delay, the reply is always the same "you are next". Does anyone know how I can make a formal complain to the management of this clinic?

From Queensland and this practice accepts new patients. Friendly receptionist, short wait and Dr. Jenny professional and not rushed through. Thank you as appreciated the service
