I got a temp job through Chandler MacLeod on my working holiday visa. Whilst the lady that interviewed me was very nice, I could NEVER get in contact with them in the future. I called and left messages and I emailed and never ever got a single reply, this was in regards to my pay, super and log in detail to submit my time sheets (all very important things) - however when I left the job and told the actual company I was working for before Chandler MacLeod they none stop called me and text me. When I did reply to let them know I had quit, I didn't even receive a text back acknowledging this. Very unprofessional and unorganised company in my experience.

I tried these guys, like all agencies they like to waste your time?
Apply directly to the employer for better results and if that company only uses agencies then find a company that takes applications directly, faster results and better people

I was employed by this agency in a contract role assigned to a federal government department. During my contract I was unable to obtain any support to complete my duties in the role I was employed to do. I was then threatened with a first & final warning for expressing my concerns. I was given this warning by the same person I had previously made a complaint about-dealing with her bullying behaviour. The most unprofessional employment agency I have worked with.

I have dealt with both Lisa and Liz at the agency. Both of them have were very helpful and attentive throughout the recruitment process.

I have never dealt with a company that is so unprofessional like Chandler Macleod. The recruiter I dealt with was so rude and entitled! I was discriminated against and I will be sure to never use their services again! I am disgusted and actually traumatised by the way I was spoken to and the things that were said to me by this "recruiter" and I am not using the word traumatised lightly! Run before this happens to you!

I was head hunted via LinkedIn by one of your consultants named "Lauren". Had a telephone interview while I was doing my grocery shopping and then I was invited for a one on one interview. However, the whole experience left me high and dry. On the day of the interview she said she was looking for someone to work at a company called Software of Excellence with minimal experience. I get a call after weeks time telling me that the company is looking for someone with experience.

How unprofessional is that? Don't you think you need to do your ground work and have your communication sorted prior to calling me for an interview wasting their time and mine! More than being disappointed I was outraged that I was treated like an experiment on LinkedIn.

I have spoken to various consultants giving me empty promises.never following up or helping with finding work.i have tried contacting consultants back with no avail.i was promised from Alex a job promise but when i tried calling back they ignor my calls
I can do their work a billion times better then what they could ever do.with real customer service.

The recruiter I had dealt with was unprofessional and unreliable. They don't do what they are going to say they will do (for instance follow up) AND they are not honest. When I enquired further into the situation the recruiter was flustered and I was given completely different information from the information I was given in beginning.

Definitely would not recommend this agency. This is purely a transactional agency that has no candidate care.

Very poor. The sheilagh (Sarah?) who I dealt with there was a witch and I honestly doubt she could have had her head further up her arse. She knows who she is, and she will remember me for sure.

Marie barry is the rudest person i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with her moral compass is so far out of whack i would be surprised if she were able to find her way home from work.

Extremely bad agency, Contacted me for a job, fed me unsupported facts to drive me away from other agency, even after confirming I will proceed with CM, the recruiter (called a senior consultant) decided not to send my resume.
But informed me before the deadline that it has been submitted. After asking for proof of submission, says they did not submit it because he forgot.
And also because I had taken too much time in deciding rates, so blaming me for his inefficiency. First time in my life have come across such people. Pretty sure they wanted someone with higher profit margins, so took me out of the picture.
Watchout with people like these or go to some other agency.

It's a decent temp agency. They have lots going usually but sometimes they are pretty bad at communication and followup. Like most you have to be the one to initiate contact if you want them to get you roles. They are professional though and I would work with them again.
