Where do i begin, if i looked up unprofessional or pathetic in the dictionary I would find Vivir healthcare Chandler Macleod in bold letters. Everytime i email them its like a ghost is in charge of their inbox, lights on, no one home! If you ever wanted someone in your life to keep a secret, tell these guys, because your secret is in their junk mail or their 'very low priority file'. Useless!

I was offered a 6 month contract position with the North East Link project via Chandler McLeod who regularly reassured me that the position was to start very soon, with only final admin formalities to finish off. This dragged on for 7 weeks before they told me the position had been withdrawn for no reason leaving me high and dry. Gemma Tolfo promised to follow up and find me another suitable position but instead I haven't heard from her since. Now they don't even respond to my emails. Bad company, I do not recommend Chandler McLeod at all

I have dealt with many recruitment companies since November. This company is far by the better ones than that are out there at the moment.their consultant Kiara is very professional and friendly (She an asset to their company). I'm greatly appreciated for outstanding support that I receive form them, it was far over and above the others that I have been dealing with. Chandler Macleod Melbourne is a company that I would recommend to anyone.

One of the worst agencies I ever encountered with. They haven't even provided a signed contract and never responded to my calls (Dash and Kiara). I recommend avoiding this 'amazing' agency by all means.

Not great. I have to email for things to be fixed. They take too long if they get done at all. They pay wrong and that takes too long to fix.

They took my interview and made me sign all the documents like a rocket. They talked like they gonna give me job in the following day. It was in July 2021 but till now haven’t got any response. Lol

Missus and her daughter have been working for them and still working. They are very flexible and understanding. They even set up shifts for my girlfriend to be able to focus on uni and work. Thank you guys.

This company is by far one of the worst I've ever heard in terms of management and communication. They continually cancel shifts and give the wrong types of shift over and over. Extremely rude when speaking to you as though you're a slave that is lucky to be hired by them. Absolutely disgusting how they treat people. If negative stars were possible, it's the rating they'd deserve.

Got a call about a job coming up and it was apparently a 12month contract.
I was sent to do a medical, and I did the video interview, and spent countless hours signing up doing tests.
I was told by Adrian on Dec 15th that Jan 8th I would start. I did find it very strange when I hadn’t even had a on one interview and no real information.
We are now past Jan 8th and heard zero.
I did call before the New Year to get an update but no answer. I called another recruiter from
same office for more info but I was told Adrian is on holidays and will get back to me in New Year.
Can never get through phone turned off haven’t heard from anyone at Chandler.
What a gross waste of my time doing medicals and leading me on with a start date.
Stay clear of them also they always sms jobs for immediate start with little notice and I always say yes to the sms and not once get a call.
Please don’t waste your energy with them very tiring.

Excellent recruitment service. Met with Liz from the Melbourne office and was very professional and quick in finding myself opportunities. Having dealt with a few Recruitment agencies this is the best I have dealt with!

CEO and HR manager are unprofessional and incompetent operators. HR manager has shares in the business which raises some major ethical concerns. Save yourself time and money and avoid this company.
