Good range with great competitive prices. The customer service was the best point, they had extensive knowledge and was happy to answer all of my questions no matter how basic or obscure. The assitant (Meg) happily spent a long time helping me make a decision and did not rush me when I was indecisive, instead she took me through the options again more thoroughly and did not push for the pricier items but tried to find the best match for my needs.

Good luck ever getting service. Tried time and time again to spend big money there and just got absolutely nowhere.

It's a franchise. Means they do nothing if you bought from any other centrecom store. Nothing they willing do to help you, even it's under the same brand.

As the owner point it out. They did say they can send it to the store I bought from for me. However, if all they can do it send it to the original store, and I'm going to end up dealing with original store anyway, why don't I just do it myself?

I ordered 4 items from these guys. It took ages to arrive, and we then found it had arrived in Bundoora, instead of Geelong. This is because when the Geelong lines are busy, the calls redirect to the store in Bundoora (Which is the other side of MELBOURNE). It then took an extra 4 or so days for it to get to Geelong. We quickly arrived, but then found the the entire shop is in a mess, with equipment piled up all over the place. I paid for all my items, and then later realised that they had given me the wrong mousepad. They had charged me $30 extra, for something massive and I couldn’t use. I mean, I like the equipment, just.not great service and everything

Staff are nice enough and helpful however there are a couple of major problems.
- Not enough stock
- Have to call to get stock levels and then the phone doesn't get answered
- Phone is redirected to other stores without notice

I specifically called to make sure they had stock of two monitors i wanted. First time it rang out after over a minute, second time someone answered and I asked them to put the monitors aside so i could come and collect in person. Got there and was told they didn't have them in stock and that the phone might have been diverted to another store. Tried to help me out with prices on other monitors but none matched the spec i wanted or the price point. Not happy at the wasted hour of my time driving in to two to collect something that wasn't there. Not blaming the staff, just poor process. You can do better.

Amazing staff, selection of parts and gaming equipment. If you are in Geelong, get your parts from this place. Staff help you with your selection too, so you won't have to worry about going online.

When it comes to repairs they can take quite a while and do some novice mistakes. Keep a good head on when dealing with them.

The staff at centrecom geelong provides phenomenal service. They do not push the sale and provide honest advice that is in the best interest of their customer. When I sent my PC in for a warranty repair, they were generous in the pricing and went aboev and beyond to ensure the repair was done well.

Don't answer their phones. Tried calling 4 times across 2 hours and got redirected to Bundoora store each time

I've bought many products from these guys and couldn't speak more highly of them. All of the sales people know their stuff. They listen to your issues and offer options. They aren't concerned with selling you things you don't need. If you want honest, friendly service on equipment at competitive prices call in and see these guys, they're fantastic.

Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a computer built. Cable management was very nice, if there was an issue they let me know right away. Price was $125 which was better than other places around. It did take them a while because they where busy but other than that they where really good. They are a very friendly bunch and made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in. They also offer any support over the phone after for free if you have any issues running it even though I didn't need it in the end.
I will definitely be returning there future.
