I Got CentreCom Geelong to build me a high end gaming pc, They built such an amazing machine for the money spent, I highly recommend anyone who wants a pre built to use the team here in Geelong. Thankyou to the team for such an amazing PC.

Didn't get the guys name but he was so helpful with the many questions i had and helped me fix the problems i was having with my PC. HIghly recommend this place!:)

Thy guys here are really helpfull and are willing to sit down with you for half an hour and talk about what parts you should get. They have no insentive to rip me off and so i know i can trust them. It can take a few weeks for all of the parts to arive and for them to build it. But thats more then reasonable.

They are good but I think they have a bigger store to make better availability of items on store.

Honest reliable, old school service at it's best! Big thank you to the team at Centrecom Geelong for the repair.

Centrecom Geelong really do have your best interests at heart. I'm a returning customer leaving a second review for a complete rebuild. The team always keep you well informed of the progress they've made, they do pick up the phone when they can and have time which is understandable considering they've got a job to do! They're honest with anything you need to know and listen to your concerns/needs. This team deserves a gold star because that kind of service is very rare to find nowdays. You don't have to be knowledgeable about computers to have a job done here because Centrecom Geelong are the experts in IT and will look after you. Centrecom give you choice when choice is needed and are honest with how they speak. Big thank you - Brenden.

Worst service call and call no answer to then go in and we don't have stock of that we have this tho same size drive but when you ask questions oh I have no idea then why recommend it as a replacement for stock you don't have

They don't carry a lot of stock, shame as it could be a really good PC store now MSY shut down

Staff are courteous and helpful, but store is rather small with limited stock, if you have something specific that you want give them a call first to make sure they have it in stock.
3/5 purely for lack of stock, staff were great though:)

Walked in, told them what issue I was having with my computer. The guy immediately turned around, grabbed a cooling tower, and said "This will sort you out! ". And it did!

Located in geelong and bought something online came the very next day and that never happens anywhere else for me.

Never answer the phone, discriminate against people with disabilities in store and the staff member was condescending. They never have stock of anything and have to order it in anyway so might as well just buy online where its cheaper.

Follow up to response from company: I made it perfectly clear that I had a lawful reason for not wearing one the second I was asked about not wearing a mask. The staff member then went out the back to check with someone, came back out and said it doesn't matter if you have an exemption, I then offered to show the staff member the Department of Health government website where the lawful reason/exemption guidelines are outlined and he refused to look at it, so you are misrepresenting what occurred. He then said stop wasting my time, I'm not serving you, so I left and purchased my items elsewhere and will never buy anything from your store again. Also when I visited the store and posted this review on 5th August 2021 there were zero cases in the entire Greater City of Geelong LGA. So as I originally stated, yes your staff do discriminate, and based on your reply today either your staff member lied to you, or you are publicly misrepresenting the facts now.

Spent nearly $3000 on a build and received the most pathetic service ever. Still waiting on components nearly a year later. I couldn't complete the build myself, because it was missing components (Parts I paid for). I took it into the Geelong store where staff blatantly lied (and calling them out for it) about having the components and it will be done in 3 days, after 2-3 weeks of touching absolutely nothing on the computer they charge me labour then handball the issue to the sunshine store. I am still waiting for a reply and my parts! Would not recommend ever buying from this company for their failure to be honest, quick and responsive.
Sure BCC Computers may have more mark-up on products and labour, but its worth the cost as they do their job and are honest.

Good advice and friendly service. Didn’t have everything I was after in stock but were happy to get it in a a competitive price.

They didn't have the product I wanted but the guy at the register was really helpful and put it aside for when they get a new shipment

Dropped off a laptop to be repaired, was advised I would be contacted within a week. Multiple attempts of contact all failed with diverts in place to another store. One week later advised the laptop was being assessed.four days later, after no-one getting back to me, drop into the store to hear it was never even sent for repair and hadn't been looked at! Atrocious after sale support and service!

So after waiting a month for them to fix my PC (was actually 3 weeks because I had to wait a week for PC Case gear to send me a warranty replacement motherboard) I get it back and they forgot to plug my ssd into power and plugged it into the wrong SATA port on the motherboard, the front mesh of my desktop will no longer close properly, they put a dent in my CPU cooler, they bungled the load order of my parts, had to go into bios to fix that, they forgot to enable xmp (this is a AMD system) and the cable management was fairly poor, I don't recommend centrecom Geelong for PC repair unfortunately. But on the plus side the staff are fairly friendly.

Really just a centre for click and collect, not a lot of floor stock. So ring in advance to check availability as they may not have what you need.

They never answer their phone, it redirects to another one of their stores without you realising. Our computer was suppose to take 7 days ended up taking 21 days
