Don’t go here, they do not accept returns after giving out terrible advice. I went in wanting one thing and got talked into buying something else. It didn’t work or do what it was meant to do so I took it back the next day with a receipt and the original packaging and they would not accept it. The sales assistant pointed to a sign saying no returns due to Covid-19 and then tried to sell me something else. This return was because I was given the wrong advice by the sales assistant, not because I simply changed my mind, also if you are concerned about the possible spread of Covid-19 on your products you should not be open. These new return rules you have created are illegal.

Had a great price on a laptop no one else had in stock, got it quickly and without hassle. They also had a nice selection of bits and pieces inside the shop. Staff didn't talk much, exactly what you want at a computer shop as I'm not there to fuss about and make friends.

Came in here with my suspected damaged power supply and these guys tested it and made sure I was able to get a replacement part quickly. Goo service and nice staff.

Quick service, i called ahead to check product stock and friendly staff were very helpful. Good enough prices for basics, and for a small retailer it's serviceable enough.

Excellent customer service, the team there took the time to explain the differences between hard drives and SSDs. Very happy with my decision, my laptop is so much faster!

Went there to get my cable, it says available on the website but when I got there. Nothing. It's disappointing because I travel a long way, but yea. Service? Not the same experience with the one in Abbotsford, the staff there was awesome. Here, they just told me the cable is not available and that's it. No help at all. Wouldn't recommend Centre Com Elsternwick to anybody.

Competitive prices, suburb centred and good stock in the system. A 3m DVI cable wasn't in the store but it arrived in a couple of days. Notification was omitted, but there it was.

The staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful. George is brilliant for his onsite work. I would highly recommend George and his team for any computer repairs.

I've been dealing with Centrecom stores for over 10 years and in that time have found it to be a very good company on price and service. Visited the Elsternwick store today and the service was of the usual high standard advice from the guys solving a problem I would not have been able to fix. Great work and thanks!

I have great confidence in George and the crew at Centre Com, Elsternwick, having been a satisfied customer for many years. We now live in the country but I went straight back to Elsternwick to buy my most recent computer and am delighted with it. George and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and I find the prices most competitive.
I'll continue to buy my computers at Elsternwick, as long they (and I) keep going.

I couldn't get through on the phone today. When I pressed the option of asking about services, it hung up. Tried 4 more times, each time phone engaged. What gives?

Ist phone call was great re advice from Daniel. 2nd phone call to give business to the Store connected to someone else. They lost my business. He would not engage to understand and want my business, Phone Service and desire for my business was less than poor.

Don’t come at 10 am as they don’t open on time. We are 5 people waiting outside. 10: 20 and still waiting for them to open. Please change your trading hours and don’t waste customer’s time

Very helpful customer service. They took the time to test different memory modules when I upgraded the memory for my old notebook.
