I came to Caroline with constant heel pain over the preceding 6 months. I had tried podiatry and physiotherapy for this with zero improvement. After 6 treatment sessions with Caroline I have now had many pain free days and even on the days that I still have pain it is greatly reduced! She is an excellent practitioner.

Great place, great service, great people. I've had sessions with Jeremy (for chiropractic) and Caroline (for acupuncture), and got great results.

My acupuncture sessions with Dr Caroline Xion had very positive results. Chronic neck and shoulder pain decreased significantly after my first session, as did a pervasive headache. I noticed considerable improvement after only three sessions.

I visited Centre 4 Health to seek acunpuncture treatment and was seen by Dr Caroline Xiong. After only a few treatments I can already tell that Dr Xiong is a fantastic doctor who is very professional and highly skilled at what she does. My wife and my son are now also seeing Dr Xiong at Centre 4 Health too and we are very happy to recommend her to all our family and friends. The clinic is very easy to get to by car, their rooms are very clean and the other staff are very friendly.

After trying to conceive for 12 months without success, both my husband and I decided we needed some assistance through drug free traditional eastern methods. We met with Dr Caroline Xiong at Centre 4 Health and she was friendly and empathetic to our situation. After her initial diagnosis she explained that both my husband and I were relatively healthy however there were blockages in certain areas which were preventing us from conceiving. She also explained that it was important that both husband and wife should take up treatment to ensure we were at optimum health during conception. It was important that we are patient as acupuncture was trying to reverse the build up of stagnant chi, so to reverse this naturally will take time. We were prepared for this as the alternative was IVF which we didn’t want. After around 6 months of treatment. We got pregnant, with twins! After their birth, Dr Xiong once again assisted with increasing breast milk production. I was able to breastfeed my twins for a full 18 months! Thanks Dr Xiong!

My family and I have been having acupuncture treatments from Dr Caroline Xiong at Centre 4 Health. She has helped my mum and I with back pain and my dad with shoulder pain and we're all feeling much better and in a lot less pain thanks for Dr Xiong. My family and I will continue seeing Dr Xiong for many more years to come and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering trying out acupuncture treatments. The clinic itself is also very clean, modern and easy to get to.
