Central Hotel

Didn't stay in the Hotel, just came for Dinner.
Ordered the chicken schnitzel and added the reef sauce to add some seafood while at a seaside town, waited 40 mins to then be told "we are out of reef sauce, can we replace it with anything. We have mushroom sauce etc. "
They refunded the $9 after another 20 mins with no food still coming out.
Continued waiting for our order to come, fish and chips, and a schnitzel, from 6: 53 to 8: 19.
Very little customer care to customers being patient and understanding, leaving a sour taste in the mouth even before food was even on the table.

If your looking for a awesome experience with food, drinks and just all round good atmosphere. This is the place! Would recommend to anybody staying in lakes. Thank you for the great experience.

Didn't stay at hotel, just for dinner but absolutely perfect. Ordered entrees and mains, then went to the bar for drinks. Taking our drinks back to the table our entrees had already arrived! So good! Everything was amazing, food, staff and atmosphere. Will return again my next visit to Lakes

Close to everything.as the name suggests. Had our work Xmas function. Food and staff were incredible. Couldn't have been better.

Hold my bond for over a month and I had to call them and send them few emails before I got it back. Very very poor management

My wife and i had a meal here, while visiting Lakes Entrance.
I do recommend you book as it is popular and fills fast.que for ordering is long so prepare to Waite.
I had the steak and vegetables, my wife had the crispy chicken.
The serve we thought was generous and cooked well.

The room we rented was clean and tidy. The food at the hotel was very good, and the nearby amenities and locations were great. The shared smoking area wasn't that great, and the windows weren't sealed enough to keep the smoke from other people out. Other than that, was good enough. Sad there wasnt a provided breakfast, but the place down the road was fantastic.
