Dr Freeman is a rude an aggressive person. I left in the middle of the appointment as I declined to be verbally abused by this person. First time in my life an experience like this. Good I do not have serious health problems. I wanted to find a female doctor, but it was the wrong place to find it. Run away from here.
Fabulous informative caring that is how I would describe my experience with Dr. Levenda & Dr Freeman.
They spend time finding out what is wrong and trying to fix it. I love them and also the receptionist is very welcoming in person and also on the telephone. Great GPs highly recommended keep up the good work
Great clinic and dr Mike is a lovely man. Made amazing jokes and seems like the type of doctor I would want for a long time. It was a bit of a wait but I’m really impressed also the fact that they bulk bill is brilliant
I think the whole staff need a lesson on inter personal skills. Not very friendly, empathetic or helpful. Waited an hour
24/03/17- called today and ask the receptionist about the process for unwell child (not emergency) to see a gp.and was told 'no more slots today' so can book for Monday! I wonder when you hear that when your kid is unwell!
