Very Professional service and highly skilled doctor. I received a well-organised & thorough professional service.

If I could give this clinic 0 stars I would! Terrible experience during a phone consult with Dr Wahby. He ended up refusing to discuss health problems with me and wouldn’t let me ask any questions. He then hung up on me after talking for 2 minutes. As someone who works in healthcare I have never once seen a “doctor” talk to a patient like this ever. Avoid this place at all costs.

Dr Michael Levenda was nice enough, and gave recommendations with clear instructions.

However, I had tried at the end to see if I could ask 1 question. He stated no questions please as they are time limited; and very busy with phone consultations. Bare in mind I was the only patient in the waiting room with no one in line when I left.

To not even answer a question a patient had, really left a bad taste in my mouth in terms of practice or care on a humanity level.

Unfortunately had the displeasure of meeting the rudest doctor I have ever met here - absolutely no concept of bedside manner. Unsurprised to read reviews which share similar sentiments.

Such a great medical clinic with friendly staff and very professional practitioners on site!

Receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Made a telehealth appointment to discuss ct scan results (fractured shoulder) and the doctor missed the appointment. I had to call 3 times the following day to finally get my appointment.

Not sure how to thank my Doctor & reception ladies (they do not take 'gifts' as a thank you).
So here it comes:
Dr Levenda has always been caring, insightful & fun!
He went out of his way to make me feel better without asking for anything in return, his injections are not even sore & receptionists & he himself treat you as a dearest friend, always making you feel welcome. And it's always appreciated.

Had an appointment at this clinic, turned 5 minutes earlier to find 6 people waiting ahead to see the same GP, i just walked away. This is the second time we have issues here, another elder lady receptionist was overly rude too, This place should be shut down, zero respect to patients. Avoid at any cost

I give Dr Eleanora 4/5 stars, however the clinic as a whole receives 3/5. Dr Eleanora is a highly intelligent, understanding, calm and approachable doctor who is easy to chat to. She is the type of clinician that you feel comfortable with. I felt comfortable enough to reveal personal information that i wouldnt reveal to other doctors to her. She has a genuine and caring nature. During the first visit she provided me with written instructions and a checklist of tasks to complete. Making things easier for me to remember and complete. I would recommend her to anyone. The receptionist is a little difficult to understand. I'm unsure of whether she is rude or whether her thick accent does not allow for her to sound polite.

I have not been at a doctor here but just calling here to try to make an appointment gives you a clear indication that this place is to be avoided. They didn't have time on the day I called and that is fine, but the receptionist was not friendly and she hanged up before I managed to say "thank you and good bye".

Very long wait times due to over booking appointments. Not recommended at all, doctors also have no clue. After a second chance I will never return.

I have found that Dr Freeman is thorough, caring, direct and down to earth. There is sometimes a bit of a wait to see her, but it’s because she spends time treating people as individuals with care and great detail. The waiting time is worth it for being able to see such a lovely GP, you don’t feel like a number, but a valued individual. Would definitely recommend Dr Freeman.

If you want an arrogant and blasé GP, go and see Dr Levenda. Took a phone call in the middle of the appointment to rant about some complaints within earshot then stormed back in to trivialise my condition and send me on my way.

Visited here twice and both times experienced a rude receptionist and an unpleasant, rude and condescending doctor- Dr Michael Levenda. He had no interest in my health and made me feel bad for even going to see him? Not going back.

I have seen both doctors here for about ten years and am really pleased that I found them. They are both highly knowledgeable and professional. Yes sometimes they run late because they want to ensure that patients are properly assessed and they don't rush through consults. They are genuinely interested in providing the very best of health care, rather than just churning through a bunch of patients and give them a bunch of meds. For good doctors who care more about being thorough then about how much they can make, give them a go!

Got the prescribed tests done and the doctor is upset and tells me that all these tests were not required. Did not make any sense to me coz I did not prescribe the tests to myself! Before I could make sense of what was wrong, got another comment stating that doctors in India (i am from Indian origin) must be recommending tests often. I did not react but I have no idea where this statement came from.

Obviously never going back!

Rude reception, long wait, michael levenda is a terrible gp as well - not sure how hes still a doctor.go here if you want to waste your time and see no results.

Dr Freeman was wonderful. She's funny, gets right to the point, and I felt like she was genuinely interested in helping me get my health back on track. 10/10 would go again

Waited for an hour and fifteen minutes before giving up.
The receptionist kept assuring me I was next in line after I spoke to her asking the wait as I needed to go to work, however 2 more patients went in before me despite arriving after me.
Would not recommend at all. A waste of time.

This clinic is a joke! Dr freeman needs to underake customer service training as she lets down her patients by not returning calls for critical results. Her receptionist is useless, unprofessional and incompetent and should have her position reviewed. Avoid at all costs!
