Several customers where refused service because we where 15 minutes early before closing time how does this work? There excuse where because they hadn't had a break yet? You can not do this to customers who come in 15 minutes before closing time absolutely disgusted and its not like we came in last minute. 15minites early we where terrible service.

You guys need to sack tony or Anthony whatever his name is because his attitude towards the customers are horrible

Purchased a $515 dollar item in late July had issues with it in august (online purchase from sunshine West to sunshine west) sent it back in 24 hours they got it and told me there was no replacement in shock told them to return my item within 2 days I checked my tracking it said it was delivered, but I waited the whole day it never turned up, I rang them they said it returned to them, still no item until 28th, its going to take 2 weeks to get back from sunshine to sunshine, if I get it back, and I will make sure it does, I will never buy from online cash converters again.

A worker stole $20 from me when it fell on the floor from my pocket, instead of being humble and give it back he just quickly grabbed it and walked away, i know its only $20 but i just wish everyone can be humble and have a good heart so iam very upset

It says they have a particular item on the webpage but you get there they sold it has been sold weeks ago

Ripping people off when buying in their stuff from $1-$10 when it value way more. I wonder how they become so rich! Remember there's alway Karma. Not Happening to them but their kids will suffer lot worst.

After calling up and checking they still had the item in store. I drove one hour to get to the store but when I was there They didn’t have the item I wanted and said it got sold 2 weeks ago. Poor management

Just recently purchased something from this store and may I say, Ronn from Cash Converters Sunshine DESERVES a raise and a pat on the back. He was able to answer all my questions, deal with my constant request to see the item and offer me an incredible deal with the best customer service! Regardless, all the team members all seemed very friendly and willing to help you out. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Cash Converters Sunshine (and see Ronn specifically) if they wished to purchase a product.

This Cashies is not a great-looking one, even by Cashies standards.

The inside is dimly-lit and none of the labels are present. It feels like it hasn't been updated since 2003 or something.

The prices, some are more ' reasonable', others are very optimistic.

The only reason it gets 2 stars is that the customer service was reasonable.

They didn't want to give a warranty at all, I managed to wrangle a 24 hour one out of them. I got a 90 day warranty at Cashies Prahran without any questions asked.

Overall, I wouldn't be back here in a hurry. I'd rather go to the CBD, Prahran or South Melbourne stores before this one.

Don't bother shopping here, they selling used items at retail prices. As if they make up the price to allow customers to negotiate. So if you HAVE to shop here, never pay the price you see.

Have to give em top marks, they've always been good with me except 1 time when a noob that works there pulled my PS4 when i clearly told them to hold it for an extra 2 days and ill pick it up but noobee musnt have read the notes and sold the PS4 but what can u do.

Manager is as rude as they come. He needs a lesson in customer service and to not thieve off people. Absolute disgrace.
