Permanently closed. I have walked past the site and it has been demolished; there's nothing there now.

What was once upon a time a beautiful young vibrant colours it used to be and now it's burned too the ground.

I wish I could give no stars I've just lost my ps5 after having it on loan for only a week I was about to pick it up that weekend when I found out, now I'm being told that there going to find me another ps5 that's in there system, mine was close to brand new and now I have no idea what I'll be getting.

John and Chi in Buys and Loans should be charged with theft. Everything anyone brings in is $5. I took a Nespresso machine in with the box and was offered $5. We have too many and can’t sell them. Took it to another cashies store and got $90. Please explain?

Staff have bad attitude there gold prices are through the roof double the price of a jewellery shop example they sell 9k gold for 65 per gram that's is actually the price for 18kgold don't believe me ring some jewellery stores go in have a look you will find out for yourself and there 18k golg price is 130 per gram 22 k gold is worth 96 per gram so work that one out I am amazed that people go and sell gold at cash converters and even more amazed people buy gold there and pay double even some times more for seacond hand jewellery

Sunshine cash converters has to be the worst store to get a loan from or to buy things from everything I've ever bought from them have always been faulty.

I think one star fits this store only one employee was helpful in trying to give me the amount I wanted for my item, the other employee snapped at me the minute I asked a question. Now the front on the store I would rate a zero no employee seemed interested in serving me one guy walked over and opened the glass I wanted showed me what I wanted but couldn’t answer any questions but didn’t even offer to get someone who might know more. Once the glass was closed he walked away when I wasn’t even done looking I have been to many cash converters but by far this is the worse one everyone other store has been helpful but not this store

You need to be very cerfull when you bay from Sunshine cash converters way we say that becouse most items they seling the prize more then cost in shop new to bay
That's way when you shop cerfull check don't bay straight way wait and check first then decade other way most of them they ar ok customer services. In other way is not they fault for prizes they just doing they job exselent but we need to be cerfull before we bay no one pushing us to bay but just be cerfull before is to late. I got lots of exsperions about cash converters and prizes originaly that's way whit me they cannot play I no how much cost

The staff have no interest in serving customers. One staff member just kept yawning and ignored me when I asked for assistance today.

There almost used items are an expensive price like the new one, even jewelers. Except the video movies are low price only. Customers services are not bad.

Bought a Ps3 the other day called up and dealt with a bloke called Liam and wow he was absolutely amazing made a great deal for me plus Liam made it super easy for me to come in and make the purchase
as I suffer with bad Anxiety. He definitely made me feel safe and welcomed. Thnx heaps Liam and Cashies

Current store manager (big female with glasses / cashloans department) major atatude issues. Gives you 30% of previous valley loan amount.
Highly recommended go elsewhere or deal with Chi buys and loans.

Aweful experience. The lady whose name is Vesna was very rude and stubborn. When I returned the monitor with an issue and showed the video as an evidence. The other sales guys told me that's enough evidence and I can get my refund. But this lady came from nowhere and started asking the questions again and again. She did not even respected the the decision of her team members. She should be terminated by the store.

Nice big clean store with store person's very helpful and kind willing to make deals happy customer

Be weary of the Asian guy that works in this store. He does sketchy business with customers. Never again will I shop here.

I will never ever step foot in this store again, I called if they have a particular item, the response was yea plenty, I drove half an hour to get there and I couldn’t see any on display, after I managed to get someone’s attention they told me they haven’t had any in stock for a while. Staff don’t care, attitude towards customers is a joke. Absolute joke.

By far the worst cash converters been too, absolutely shocked by the way the manager spoke to me, really unprofessional.

I wish i can give no star, no check in, everyone just walks in, the sales person was so close to me i had to move back, pathetic service, I went there while back services was much better, it needs better management. Glenroy cash converters is much more professional, never to go back there again.

Awesome used products for sale @ reasonably prices! Shop looked spankin' new must have just renovated! Recommended!
