These guys are awesome. My toddler decided to stick a cotton tip where my samsung pen goes. Tried everything and couldn't get it out. Thanks to the guys at case monkey, my phone is still alive. Any future issues i have with my phone, i definitely will be coming here.

Awesome service and competitive pricing. I couldn’t fault the service received after my phone had fallen from my car doing 100ks it was looking worse for wear. After getting a new protective cover, case and even a little wrist strap thrown in ha ha hopefully no more mishaps when trying to get the perfect shot on my camera.

I'm always sceptical, as there is so many dodgy retailers out there. Will was very knowledgeable, very easy to talk to, gave me a quote over the phone in seconds and the price was great too. The big plus was the knowledge he was using genuine Samsung parts. I was lucky enough that my part arrived overnight and was called 24 hrs after dropping it off to be told my phone was ready to pick up. How can you beat that? You just can't! As long as Will is there, he has a customer for life. Thanks so much.

Recently smashed my screen on my Samsung S21 ultra, the guy's & CASEMONKEY where fantastic & offered a competitive price with a screen protector thrown in! 5 star for these guys, everytime i bring in my phone and a tempered glass they always place it on for me free off charge honestly cant go wrong with them!

I went to them in regards of fixing my charger and I received an amazing customer service and they have well known knowledge of phones highly recommended them

2nd time they've replaced my tempered glass screen protector.very professional & extra care taken to ensure not one speck of dust was trapped underneath. Would definitely recommend them.

Fast and friendly service here. I dropped my pixel in mud and it went straight up the charging port, I tried clearing it with a toothpick but it still wouldn't charge. A 2 minute visit to casemonkey had my phone and worries cleared. If you're in the area and need a phone repaired I really recommend these guys.

Went there today as my iPhone would not charge and guys had a look saw the issue was debri stuck and fixed the phone immediately and did not even ask for anything. Thoroughly recommend them and great to see honest and great service Will be back again.

What a top bloke, I just got a new phone from Optus, and went to take my old SIM card out and the tray broke.so I took it to Casemonkey Uni Hill, I was expecting to pay a few bucks but he took it out in a second and said "Have a good day". Honesty yeah. He could of kept it and said it has to be taken a part.

Really professional and friendly. Went to find out how much to look at my charging point on my iPhone he cleared it from dust build up and tested and sent me on my way with a smile. Highly recommend these guys for any phones needs

DONT BUY from this website especially paying upfront money they will not turn up or return your call. Hell i havent even gotten a confirmation email.
Its a scam!
