Carrera Car Wash

Second time at Carrera wash via Groupon. I believe that they single out the Groupon holders and do a very average job of cleaning. Smudges on both front doors, boot was not cleaned properly and dash board was full of dust still. All in all, average.

Good service people when you arrive and pay, however the quality of the clean was a long way off the $118 fee. Mats were steam cleaned, but not even returned to positions, seats not wiped down, plenty of locations around the car where dirt/grit was still stuck on the paint,

I bought the clay treatment with wax inside and out wash. The outside of the car is ok clean but wax not even throughout the outside of the car.
Not what it seems. Windscreenss and mirrors are still dirty. Car seats were not fully clean as they rush the job of cleaning my car. Not good service at all. The menu in the cafe

Bought a Groupon voucher for a car wash and it was so half-arsed - carpets not vacuumed properly, the dashboard was still dirty. To make things worse, their wi-fi at the cafe DOES NOT WORK! And the food at the cafe tasted like off too. Do not recommend!

A lesson learnt.
Standard wash advertised was $49, was charged $79. Got my car back half washed, still mud and dirt on the door handle impressions. No attention to detail, the place is basically a sweat shop. It was a good lesson for me to get my lazy arse up and wash my own car in future.

Spent good money on this wash, only for them to do such a half job. Didn’t even vacuum properly, still sand on the carpets that I just Had to do at home, left wipe marks all over the car, didn’t even wipe parts the centre console. Have never reviewed anything before but this was the first time I felt I had To

I went for a carwash around lunch time and it was packed. They were still able to accommodate my car and took 45 min for an inside outside which is fair enough time for a busy carwash. It was raining so I just waited in their cafe. They have free wifi plus really good coffee. I recommend this place ofr
a job well done!

Great service, professional and friendly staff. The detailing was immaculate, amazing work. I also had the most delicious brunch, with surprisingly great coffee during the wait. The embedded Cafe serves as good as the car wash. Will definitely visit again.

This would be the best car wash in Melbourne I've found so far. The only downside for most is that there's not much nearby to do, but if you have clients in the area like me, then drop your car off for a few hours, go attend a meeting and come back to an immaculate car detail. It might be a bit pricier than some other places but it it's well worth the extra expense.

Don’t bother. Was asked to pay an extra $10 because my floor was muddy and pictured is how it was given back, they refused to clean it any more or pay back my extra $10. I understand it was dirty to start with this and I’d be happy with this result if I wasn’t forced to pay an extra $10 for it. Sand still all on the floor in the back which apparently the hoover could not hoover up? Hand break had not been wiped and there was dust still in all ‘hard’ to reach areas (seat belt plug). Just seemed a very lazy effort.

Been coming here for years. Service is good however the quality of a $49 car was is really lousy. They broke a switch in my car which will cost $350 to replace. Need to spot vac and go over the outside with a chamois to get it right. Not going back here again. No value for the $ spent.

Bad and messy service Went there yesterday for a car wash and had the car with a big stain in the ceiling after they finish. I Don’t recommend it

I got my car clean this morning paid extra for
Interior clean but hasn’t done anything they lucky I was in supper rush otherwise i had to ask for refund for there service.
Never go back again.

It would be nice to upgrade to a more cozy modern waiting / coffee lounge. Other then that, it’s by far one of the best car wash services in Melbourne. Arrive, have a coffee and wait to be called out when your car is ready:)

Same as many others who found a deal on Groupon, after gave it a try today, I won’t go back again, bought $39 pack (wax and hand polish with an inside and outside car wash). Inside vacuum was totally a joke, free vacuum service offered by auto repair shop was better than this “professional” car wash shop. And what’s even worst? There was no polish at all! Even the package title has a word “polish” with it. What a rip off!

Found a deal on Groupon for a car wash at carrera in south Melbourne, I paid $49 for having a 4x4.for a polish/wax, wash inside and out.when they were done, upon looking at there work I noticed the carpet floor wasn’t vacuumed properly stil dirt marks which were visible, the interior of the door wasn’t wiped at all! I had to call the guy over which I grabbed his cloth and wiped it myself. The back window, they did not clean properly with dirt marks visible. I definitely will not be going back there again but I guess you get what you pay for.piss poor work!

Came with a groupon voucher. Friendly staff. No fuss process. Cleanliness is not top notch but still good value for money. Plus better than having to do it myself. Probably wouldn’t pay the full price though- not quite worth $49 value. Location very convenient- I went to South Melbourne market while the car is getting cleaned.

Terrible. Attempted to significantly over charge me, left the interior dirty didn’t even clean the coffee cup holder, leather seats had big pools of water in, windows streaky, boot not even vacuumed and exterior sub standard at best. Asked them to re do it and in the end gave up. I won’t be going again.

Great service and very friendly accommodating staff. Best car clean service experience so far. Highly recommended.
