Carrera Car Wash

From having my car washed and not being satisfied to receiving a response to my email from the business requesting that I return to have it rewashed, things are looking up.

This is the absolute worst carwash place I've ever come across! Looks like they didn't even do anything! On top of that, worst customer service I've ever experienced from the manager, instead of listening and trying to fix the problem, he chose to argue and give excuses and lies along with an additude. Do not go there!

My silver Toyota Aurion was extremely muddy as it go bogged on a wet muddy country road and had to be towed out by a 4WD. Carrera Car wash did a fantastic job washing the car, windows and wheels, getting all the thick caked mud off, including cleaning inside the door sills etc. Car looked great after their wash and clean, and very efficient. Very good cafe too, while waiting. Thank you!

Said yes yes yes to my face and didn't do a single thing I asked them to do, they charged me for it tho.

Probably the worst car wash for $85 that I have ever experienced. Parked in a shaded area close to other cars so didn’t see how bad it was until I got home! DO NOT USE! Serious attitude to go with it….

Great clean. Be careful walking out to your car as the bluestone area at the rear is very slippery.

Have used Carrera car wash for several years.
They used to be quite good.
Have two cars I have cleaned there regularly.
Unfortunately there SERVICE AND DETAIL HAS GONE DOWN HILL GREATLY
External wash poor, internal vacuum and clean poor, alloy wheels still dirty.
Will be finding an alternative in future

First time I use them and never again. First lied about the price that they were going to charge me, then told me to come at a certain time and pushed it for another 3hrs told me no one told me to come now, paid $200 6hrs later for the car to be in the same state I left it there. I even got dirty putting the carpets back in the car as they couldn't even do that. Worst over price wash you can ever get, never again. They should be ashamed of them selves what they charge people for nothing.

I used to go to this car wash often, but I won't visit them again. I paid $54 groupon ($79) full price. Vacuuming was missing in some areas, dirty spots on doors and hood found the day after, door frames weren't even touched.

Exceptional service, friendly and less waiting time. Highly recommended for a great and budgetable car wash.

POTENTIAL LIFE THREAT! I had a inside/outside car wash done here on Saturday 3rd July 2021. While the job itself was ok (the vacuuming of the interior was a little sub par), the biggest issue I have with Carrera is the fact that my baby seat was unbuckled and therefore, the seat was not properly restrained. This is potentially life threatening! This alone is enough for me to never go back, but when I called to inform them so that they can be aware in the future, I was unable to speak with a manager-they are apparently never on site. I left a message asking for a call back and then called back again a few days later. I am yet to hear back-almost two weeks later. Hence, this review. I would not normally leave bad reviews but this is so dangerous-my child's safety is of paramount importance as it would be for any parent. Do not go here!

The car outside a scratch. Exterior paint stain that remain. Inside the vehicle was no cleaning.

I brought my car there 2 weeks ago using a Groupon voucher.
As you can see from the pictures I paid for internal and external cleaning.
But they didn’t clean inside at all!

I called them 5 times. The answer was always the same: The manager will call you back!
I never received a call.
So since no one acted, I decided to leave this review to warn other people.
I tried all the way to get an explanation.hope this review will help.

The best service i have ever got.the team was really really helpful in understanding my needs and also helped me save some money.
I would definitely say that this is the best place to get your car clean.

Poor service on groupon voucher. Not recommended. They did the car wash clay wax all in just 40 mins. I would have appreciated if it was a perfect job rather just to finish it. I paid by groupon voucher $54. I wont try it again as not worth the money.

Love how friendly and accommodating they are. A place to work and have a cup of coffee while your car is being washed, what else can you ask for?

Might as well leave your car out in the rain, you'd get a better job! Bought a groupon, half of the listed services were not done at all. Supposed to clean the interior- the only thing they did inside, was drive the car forward. Car is already in great condition, but door jams and dash not even dusted. No attention to detail. Did not perform clay cleaning nor proper polish. Don't bother going, its a waste of time and money.

Very unprofessional and rushed my car.
Changes price 4 times in 5 minutes.not happy at all.
Better off using auto car wash.

Pretty much always have to ask them to redo spots they've missed but still. Happy they're in my neighbourhood.
