This is the second house i have used carpet world for. They are amazing, fast, friendly and have a great range!

Both John and Dave were fantastic to deal with right from the start to organising the installation. John has very good product knowledge and took time out explaining everything. These guys are great. 100%. They came out to do 1 room and carpet was wrong size they sent out a new roll straight away it was laid beautifully.

Then the next 2 rooms they did perfectly as well and even worked with in regards to paying them as due to my circumstance i couldn't pay until the day they came out.

John and the crew are awesome and the carpet looks fantastic as well.

Great products, competitive pricing and good service by the installers. John is a real character and made our decision making process as stress free as possible, and gave us guidance to best meet our needs.

Be prepared that flooring finishes like Laminate can be affected by a poor sub floor and it is worth every cent to have the sub floor prepared to deliver the best finish.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this business to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly and competitive flooring business.

Great experience and everything went without a hitch. Richard and Rob who installed the vinyl planks were incredibly fussy which amounted to an amazing final result. I am extremely impressed with the excellent service that I received from Dave and John for my small job. Their product knowledge was very good and both worked hard to meet my tight budget and timeline, which is becoming increasingly rare these days. My floor hasn't been installed yet but I was busting to sing the praises of Carpet World Hallam, so here's my review!

John and Dave at Carpet World Hallam have been extremely helpful and accommodating with regard to my rug purchase. Even though I changed my mind due to the fact that the dimensions weren't quite what I thought and the fact that the rug didn't quite go in my house, Dave gladly picked up the rug and John refunded. It's really lovely to deal with great sales people. Highly recommend their store and the selection in fantastic.
