The store manager or the guy sitting at the counter was the worst guy I met, not responded properly at all. Never ever going to that again.

Great job but very poor customer service! One of the doors wouldn't shut cause they put the edge under the door so I call up to get it fixed. Instead, I had the finger pointed at me that I had to get the door fixed and carpet call doesn't fix problems with doors. I explained the door has been working fine for the last 20 years until you installed carpet yesterday where I believe it's due to the metal edge they put on the corner. He got angry and started yelling at me after I insisted they get someone to come to look at it. I'll be getting the rest of my house carpeted by another company. Very poor unprofessional customer service!

Excellent range and service, these guys will find what your looking for even if you're not sure what that is. Don't waste your time with the other carpet shops up the road, they will barely acknowledge your prescience.

The initial service was fantastic. My mum found the perfect rug in store and was assisted by a very friendly and helpful gentleman. We then both had home service call outs, one for a carpet repair job and the other for a quote on plantation shutters. Since then we have received numerous amounts of pushy follow up calls looking for business. We have found this to be extremely off-putting, inconvient and unnecessary.

Good quility rugs here. The owner is very persistant but helpful. One thing i dont like is every time you walk in they say today only theres this % discount, thats the same they offer every time

Recently purchased some spotted gum timber and carpet from carpet call Springvale. Eric was very helpful and made the process easy for me, would recommend him to everyone who needs flooring!

Rang in out of the blue at 12: 30-1pm looking to get carpet in ASAP wasn’t let down by Alex West and the team also Jason who came and did the messuring after ringing in. Great friendly service and very punctualated happy to get the carpet in Monday last minute call couldn’t be happier, done everything before furniture turns up Tuesday! Will be using them again and recommend them to all family and friends!

Recently my Mother of 85 years wanted to have her home renovated. We decided to go to Carpet Call initially to just look at what they had on offer regarding their Floor Boards. A few hours later, we had walked out, not only buying Floor Boards, but carpets, and blinds.
The sales man Eric for the floor boards was very through however, for future reference, when you are dealing with an older person, it would be advisable to make sure they understand very clearly what is included and what is not. The contractors that laid the floor boards were wonderful and Alex from Carpet Call was generous enough to absorb the fee as some furniture needed to be moved. The Carpets again were laid well and the contractors did a wonderful job. This time some more furniture needed to be moved and we did have some resistance from the manger however, Alex came to the rescue again and absorbed the $40 payment. Last but not least the Blinds. Degan, thank you for ensuring the contractors who hung the blinds did show up as agreed and they did a great job and thank you for wishing my mother for her 85th birthday as her house looks fantastic and you have made a old girl smile. Was pleasantly surprised with my visit to this store. Greeted by Alex as soon as I walked through the door, he answered all my questions and gave some great advice on updating the carpet in my dads unit. Really appreciate the help! Thanks:)

Alex was great when I called up, spent time when other shops wouldn't. Then sent Jason out to our house to measure up and he was great, very professional had heaps of options and offered a great deal. We bought it on the spot - great job guys
