Carpet Call Springvale

I placed an order for COREtec flooring at this store yesterday. Alan, the staff member, offered professional and friendly service. Following his recommendations, I took home display boards from two pre-selected brands in three different colors to assess the effects. Ultimately, I selected a satisfactory option at a reasonable price.

Great staff that were more than helpful when required. Have to shout out Stan, Shri and Will. All Gentlement, that treated us with respect and were more than happy to help us with our needs. Can't recommend the team enough

Just purchased 2 items rags at carpetcall fauntain gate. Got told it will arrive on 23rd today and they are closed. What a poor customer service. I got to wait till next week. Never ever shop here again.

Very unprofessional and deceitful conduct. We paid deposit and paid in full and these very arrogant Carpet Call workers, managers and owners decided to cancel the job without informing us after rescheduled 3 times. We cleared our 3 rooms spent 2 days for that and sacrificed our very valuable jobs for that and they never turned up. Not organised at all. This is a very serious problem we are experiencing. We are going to take the matter to Consumer Affairs

I would never recommend this business to everyone who reads this comment! They are beyond worst for their customers service and their products! Super expensive products!

I saw a nice rug at Carpet Call Springvale and I dealt with Nick at the showroom he was so professional and ordered the rug from the warehouse. Today he processed the transaction for me on Openpay and delivered the carpet. Thank you so much for such amazing service Much appreciated.

Came in to have a look at floating flooring. They've got a fairly limited range. Ended up not choosing anything. I did appreciate that the salespeople don't jump on you the second you walk in the door but let you have a look around.

The salesmen at this store and especially the owner were very helpful. Their knowledge and expertise helped us to decide which carpet was for us with a try at home option.

A few weeks ago we bought the XL rug from this store. The service was great, informative and concise. With so many rugs to choose they have a good policy where if you don't like the rug when you get it home, you can exhange it within a certain number of days. We also bought their new robot vacuum cleaner which we've now used for 3 weeks. I thought I'd wait before writing a review in case there was something to report. We cannot fault our little robotic friend. Would absolutely recommend this robot. Thanks Nik for your awesome service.

Not bad selection of flooring - the three stars goes to the great service provided by the staff, the lacking aspect is the product range and quality for such a large company.

The salesman and installers were great, where we got let down was in the delay and poor communication from head office. It started off well, the laminate flooring installer came and took up all the carpet and found the floor wasn't level, which we understood would need to be leveled at our expense before the flooring went in. We agreed with the laminate flooring installer who did this on the Thursday, that we would leave the booking for the carpet installer on Friday, then he would come back that Friday afternoon and pour on the leveling compound and install the floor Saturday, which was good of him to do. That is where the problems started, expecting a call from the carpet installer between 7 & 9am on Friday morning never came, so at 10am we called the store only to be told they wouldn't be doing it today and they couldn't tell us when it was going to be done. Mind you at this stage we had totally emptied all 3 Bedrooms and had fully paid for the entire job, so had no leg to stand on. Still no word by Friday afternoon from the store, so a rang head office who just transferred me through to the store and spoke to one gentleman who could give me no answers, then finally we got a call late Friday afternoon to make a booking for Tuesday, there was nothing earlier. The laminate flooring installer came back and did the leveling and then installed the flooring Sunday morning, great we had one room back. Then the installer for the carpet came Tuesday and installed the carpet and we could finally put our house back together. It's been nearly a week now and still no word from the store to see how the job went, but I'm not surprised. My only advice is be prepared to wait and if you accept their prepayment terms, then be prepared to pay at least a week earlier, even though they said a few days. Thank goodness they have professional installers.
