Appalling service from Rodger in customer service.
Carpet layer was lovely! But as for the rest of them, it's absolutely discussing!
Brad originally provided great service, telling me at my house that he can match the carpet. Nearly 3 months later they have finally laid the carpet and it's completely different. When I spoke to Brad he put me through to Rodger, who screamed at me, and yelled down the phone telling me that I chose it. Well excuse me, you most certainly weren't there when Brad said he could match it. Roger HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! This is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in all my life!
Nearly $3000 for 2 small bedrooms. Not only is it frightfully expensive, it's absolutely no match to the carpet which lines the bedrooms.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! When they have made a mistake, they do not own it and blame the customer.

Absolute terrible service. Told my 70yr old mother they would deliver that night so dont worry about picking it up. Did not deliver! Had to go and ask where it was. They had no clue. They then found it and loaded a 2.9 x 2m into a 70yr old lady suzuki baleno! It was from hatch window to past gear selector! So dangerous im furious they did that to her. Will not be recommending at all.

We love our new carpet, the installers were on time and did a great job, cleaned up after themselves too. A big thanks to John who came out and gave us a quote, he spent quite a bit of time explaining the different carpet choices when we met him in the store and he was really patient with me at my home when I was trying to decide on a colour. He’s a pleasure to deal with, really friendly and knows his carpet! Thanks John:)
