I had carpet from Carpet Call Knoxfield installed in my home recently, an area which included a large family room and dining area plus all hallways. I am absolutely delighted with it and has made everything so fresh, inviting and comfy. The two guys who installed it were very friendly, super efficient, very professional and did a wonderful job, as was the salesman who was very helpful giving great advice and showing me many carpet samples to choose from.

Store sent out John within two days to measure for carper, which was excellent. John was a thorough professional and double checked everything, listening to exactly what we were after. Very friendly and felt comfortable with him on our home. Highly recommend John’s wonderful service.

If Romanelli's turn up for your job, I would recommend asking for a new contractor. We had a terrible and stressful experience with them and Carpet Call. We paid extra to have our floor levelled and it ended up worse than before. The contractor was late, did not finish the job initially, and caused significant damage by cutting through electrical cables (and tried to fix it themselves despite not being qualified). We had to fight through 3 different managers for several weeks at the head office to get a refund on our split install and labour costs refunded (tried to charge us for materials that weren't supplied), and to have different contractors come back and fix the floors. Thankfully the second people were much better, after threats of VCAT, legal action and fair trade, which one manager said go ahead, they deal with VCAT all the time. Really disappointing treatment from the people at head office especially. Also tired to trick us into signing a waiver on having our floors fixed.

Walked in looking to get some pricing on quite a bit of carpet. One staff member engaged with a customer. The other guy sitting at his desk laughing and texting. Didn’t even bother to engage us when we were in there for over 15 minutes. They won’t be getting my business.

We had Carpet Call Knoxfield installed vinyl planks to our entire house. They had a team over the 5 days removing the carpet and old lino. They were awesome and did a great job. What a difference it makes. So please with the whole service from quote to finish.

I bought carpet from Eric in Carpet Call Knox store. I really enjoyed the experience of going through all different samples with him. Eric was very patient explained every thing very clear, got all answers for all my questions. Appalling service. Wrong carpet was supplied. Rodger in customer service is an absolute joke. Although the staff came out and quoted to match, the carpet that was paid for and installed is so different. What an utter disappointment. BE WARNED! This company will be taken to ACCC for giving the wrong advice.

These guys in the store are only interested in frying the big fish. If you're after getting a small job done, don't waste your time here.

From the minute you walk into the store, I felt very unwelcome. One guy was glued into his computer who didn't really bother to even look at me and the other guy was sitting at corner desk and only spoke when I went near him.

Even with the conversation with him, he kind of discouraged me highliting the minimum laying charges etc.and never bothered to provide me with a quote. Maybe the treatment is different if your job was bigger.

If you're want to get a small job, there are plenty of providers around the same area that provide a far better service.

I have been dealing with Brad, the manager at Carpet Call Knoxfield and Brandon and Giovanni, they have all been amazing with helping me choose a carpet that is right for me, their knowledge and level of expertise is second to none. Brad has been extremely helpful and I would highly recommend Carpet Call Knoxfield to all my family and friends. Thankyou so much guys, your level of service is amazing!

Brad was fantastic to deal with! Very polite and professional but also a lovely guy to talk to when trying to organise carpet installation for our beach house. Made the process very easy and nothing was too much trouble from him, he was happy to send images of samples directly to my phone as were in lockdown again and the colours looked slightly different online.

I received excellent service from Eric when I recently bought carpet for my house. I chose many samples in store and Eric loaded up his car with all the samples so I could see them in my house. He spent time accurately measuring up my house and provided a quote soon after. His quoted delivery date was spot on and the installer did a great job laying the carpet. Very pleased with the service from carpet call Knoxfield.
