After a mishap with my cat getting locked into a room just after we moved into our new home and him trying to tear up the carpet; Damon came out and helped us sort out new carpet very quickly and at a great price. If you value customer service and are not the type to read the full terms and conditions then I would avoid carpet call. I am a repeat customer and second time round the service provided was unsatisfactory. Did not disclose additional costs and works and was told to read the terms and conditions. Well I guess everyone reads their terms and conditions when taking out car and house insurance. Silly me. I should know all the ins and outs of carpet installation. What was I thinking.

Absolutely pleasant visit today at the store, Mohamed the floor assistant was very competent and listened to all my bearings and circumstances and recommended a suitable rug for my conditions, he also demonstrated the capabilities of the different materials which made me choose much easier, he is very composed and patient, I rated my visit 5 stars for the customer services I receive from Mohamed, he has gone beyond my expectations and offered me lots of help, Thank you Mohamed for your great help today.very much appreciated.

Horrible company to shop with. They sold me a faulty rug and wouldn’t return it. After many attempts finally they agreed to return the rug but wouldn’t give me a refund. I had no choice but to choose another rug.
I had to wait for it and in the meantime the rug was on sale and they wouldn’t refund me the difference! Plus they made me pay extra!
Save yourself the time and money and don’t shop here.
Elsewhere would gladly return the faulty rug an refund the difference while on sale.
Customer service pathetic, never return my calls, management hang up on my face and threaten to say ‘you’re lucky we returned your rug’.
Absolutely appauling place to shop even, head office management. The sales person was Zahin and he was no help, kept shrugging me off and wouldn’t return my calls nor help me in any shape or form. Three of my family members experienced what I did.
Definitely won’t be recommending this store nor the company! My experience was not pleasant.

Mohammad is kind and very helpful. He did everything right till we could get the rug we liked. He understood our needs and was very patient. I will recommend his service to anyone who is looking for a rug.

Purchased a rug couple months ago with my family and had an awful experience. I would not recommend for anyone to shop there. Within a week of using our rug it started fray. After several attempts they agreed to return the rug but had to choose another. Overall wasn’t a smooth experience.

Really recommend Zahin’s service. He went above and beyond to find the right rug for ourselves. He let us take the rug home and try it out before we purchased. Thank you Zahin for the suggestion.

We recently bought a house that had timber laminate floors and we needed a bit more to replace the carpet in the hall. My first contact At Carpet Call was Dominic Attard. He managed to find me the boards and get me what I needed. He had it sent from Sydney to Melbourne and as we couldn’t travel to pick it up he also arranged to have it delivered to us. He was always honest and up front with me regarding extra charges for transport. My product took one week to get to me. Dominics customer service skills are exceptional and it’s probably the best service I’ve had for a very long time. Thank you Dominic. Your service is appreciated.

Awesome service Damon! Super friendly guy, we originally called him out to measure and quote us on carpeting our small lounge room and hallway within short notice and he ended up giving us an awesome quote on the whole house that we couldn't refuse! Thanks again Damon we really appreciate it
