Lupco was extremely helpful and insightful when it came to choosing the right carpet for our home. We shopped around a few different places and came back to him as we felt he was the most knowledgeable and wasn’t pushing us for the sale. We also really appreciated that he was able to lock in a price so far in advance with just a deposit. This place is an absolute joke!
After 3 weeks of organizing new carpet, they want the carpet paid in full before installation and then come up with an excuse to NOT turn up on the day it’s booked in… we removed the carpet the day before a house inspection… DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Due to the recent floods my carpet had to be removed. My insurance company only did what was necessary leaving my house looking disgraceful and my entire family walking on cold concrete flooring. After looking around at several carpet companies I found that Carpet Call Craigieburn was the best by far. Lucas went above and beyond. He even spoke to his operations manager Roger who was unbelievably helpful and offered us temporary flooring until our carpet could be laid. Lucas was upfront, honest and listened to our expectations. He was not pushy in making a sale. He worked around me and my priorities. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Carpet Call Craigieburn. I was an annoying customer that changed my mind numerously and he continued to show professionalism and expert opinion. Expert service from start to finish. Even the gentleman that laid the carpet was friendly, professional and did a perfect job all round.

This feedback relates only to the Manager, Lucas. I had to organise an installation for another person, and wanted to ask Lucas some questions. I was amazed at how grumpy Lucas ws when he spoke to me on the phone. It seemed as though he didn't want to answer anything and objected to me even mentioning what I wanted to know.
