First time visiting this clinic and was very impressed with the service from the receptionist and Doctor Wong. Very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. Bulk bill available for children under 16 years old.

Dr Luke was friendly on my first visit and he explained everything to me. I would recommend to give it a try if you’re new in this area

The receptionists are warm and helpful, Dr Habbouchi has always been great with my kid and my parents, not sure what to say but that I am very happy with the medical care and advice received from Carnegie Central Medical Clinic.

Firstly, the reception staff at this clinic are absolutely wonderful, they are always friendly and efficient in make sure everything is in order. I’ve primarily seen Dr Mark Demian for quite a few years. Appointments run on time and I am always greeted with calm and kindness. All the doctors I have seen at this clinic are the most knowledgeable and caring I have met. Appointments never feel rushed (even when the clinic is extremely busy) & time is taken to ensure you feel reassured and treated the best way possible. It’s rare to find a group people who are not only so highly educated & knowledgeable but also compassionate & empathetic. Thank you!

Well organised and very prompt response no waiting. The receptionist was very quick and well mannered, The lady who did shot for Covid injection was great.

Got my Covid vaccine here. Very smooth and speedy process. The whole process took 20min including the 15 min post vaccine waiting time

We were scheduled today to get my 71 yo Mum's Covid vaccine. Regrettably due to a bad experience with what seemed to be a very inexperienced taxi driver we were 20 minutes late! I'd called ahead to say we were running late, of course, but I was so scared my Mum was not going to get her vaccination (or that it would be hours of waiting) because we had the last vaccine appointment of the day.
Thankfully the kind & professional staff still saw us quickly & patiently went through the vaccination process. I also had a good chat with the staff at reception. They were very friendly & helpful.

Amazing experience with the doctor Mark Demian and absolutely horrible with the receptionist. Rude and arrogant. Asked if I had a mask, I replied that I have 2 medical exemptions not to wear it. She told me to wait outside while there were other customers inside the clinic waiting for their appointments without masks

All the doctors and administrative staff are incredible, they always go above and beyond the call of duty and are so caring and supportive. Would highly recommend for children through to the elderly.

I went to have my COVID vaccination here and the whole experience was seamless. From the warm and helpful greeting to the actual injection itself - from explaining the possible side effects and what to do. I was in very safe hands. I'm looking forward to getting my second dose in early August.

Dr Angus Wong is a professional, kind doctor who always has time to go above and beyond in his efforts for his patients. I have made many requests of Dr Wong, and he has spent many additional hours liaising with other health care professionals on my behalf. I have never had a consistent doctor and, henceforth, my medical records have been difficult to collate - and Dr Wong spent his own time sourcing all relevant files for me. Thank you for all your efforts Dr Wong.

Told me nothing wrong with me and then I got checked at another place with serious issue. Don’t waste your time here. If you feel like you have some serious problems go to somewhere else. The only one star for the kind receptionist.

Went to see the doctor for back pain and when doctor called me he said how they gave you the appointment I am already getting late for my own appointment with my doctor and didn’t see me properly and said come back tomorrow and pay again and I can treat you but today I am getting late and when I went to reception and said the same thing she told me yes I have to pay again tomorrow because the doctor said and name of the doctor is Dr Yuri Raymon

Friendly Professional Receptionist, who give excellent customer service, and are very efficient at multi tasking.
Doctors Angus Wong and Anthony Raj are extremely knowledgeable, skilled, caring professionals.

As a busy facility sometimes you may experience appointment delays instead of getting uptight, consider that perhaps the previous patients may have needed a little extra time, this reflects DR.compassion, People That's a Good Thing!

I am new in the area and found this clinic. Doctor Marc was just perfect, he took the time with my son, explaining everything. It’s going to be the clinic to go.

Excellent service and very friendly staff.
The doctors and nurses are extremely professional and great with kids.
We see several doctors at the clinic as my whole family gets checked there.
