Don’t recommend this clinic. Rude receptionist (blonde lady) and unacceptable behaviour. As a person who’s designated a role of a receptionist that’s not the way she acts. I visited this clinic for my consultation as I had sore throat and wanted to see the doctor. It’s my first time visiting the clinic and I was unaware of their mandatory masks rules. She treated me in such a bad way and asked me to leave the clinic and wait outside. Her way of saying things and treating the clients in such manner is unacceptable. I felt very low while waiting for the doctor outside and had to walk away as I started questioning myself for being treated this way. Won’t recommend this clinic to anyone and will myself never visit this clinic again for the way i was treated and the things I felt.

Great doctor and nurse practitioner. Attentive receptionists. The clinic should add an HCF (hicaps?) option to claim out of pocket costs for private vaccines not on PBS. I am surprised there is a GST charge for Typhoid and Hep A vaccine.

Great service options, friendly and informative staff, presents well and best of all, in and out/to the point GP service. No fluff!

Thank you for replying. The service and staff here is very friendly, however having to wait 30-45min every single time we have a booking shows that there some things need improving. Whether adding a buffer time in between each bookings or giving more realistic wait time (30 min is not 'wait a while').

Dr Mark Demian is an incredible doctor. He looks after our whole family and is not only extremely knowledgeable but he is kind & compassionate. A few times we have had complex situation or emergency’s with my grandparents and Dr Mark never turns us away- he always makes the time. Could not recommend him more.

I was blown away by the kind, attentive and friendly nature of the staff at reception and Dr Daniel Zakar.

Could not recommend more highly. Dr Zakar listened to my concerns and was thorough, patient and informative.

Reception staff (didn't catch her name) were lovely. I have read other reviews, and I really believe that you get back what you put out. Of course it is a stressful job, and receptionists are overworked, but it really helps to be patient and kind to them.

Have been seeing Angus Wong as our family doctor for several years now every visit is very pleasant he has a very comforting nature and makes you feel very relaxed would like to highly recommend him but then it may make it harder to organise future appointments if he becomes too popular

I had a phone consult with a practice nurse for a new treatment plan. This is the second time I have spoken with her. I find her manner abrasive insensitive and impatient and the exchange is unpleasant.

My daughters and I have been seeing the doctors at Carnegie Central Medical centre for over 4 years. The doctors and staff are always great and my daughters love going to the doctor!

Dr Angus Wong is a professional, kind doctor who always has time to go above and beyond in his efforts for his patients.

Great place for GP care. Doctor most caring and take time rather than rush through a consultation. This clinic has extended hours and even open on Saturdays and Sundays. Receptionists are always courteous and helpful. I highly recommend.

A great experience with the doctor who was polite. The receptionist was good and understood it hard to breathe in a mask while the other just spoke put your mask on which is a bit rude when you’re trying to talk thru a mask. Otherwise all good.

Super efficient and kind reception staff and the doctors always manage to squeeze in an urgent telehealth appointment for me when needed, despite being fully booked.

Excellent service at reception my GP since last 2 years Dr Angus Wong is par excellence. He organises everything according to your need I would rate this practice at 10/10

Been going to this clinic for 9 or 10 years now. Had 2 drs that left in the time and I've been seeing Dr Wong for around 3 or 4 years there now. He has always been great and patient with me and my needs. Always been very informative on what I need to do. And always takes the time to give me a buzz to follow up on things like promised. He is also very punctual with his time. But I don't feel rushed and I leave feeling surprised that I've got all my stuff sorted in such a small time frame. I think he has only ever been late once or twice. I definitely recommend him. The reception on the other hand. They can be hit or miss depending on who you deal with. In my opinion they have gotten way worse during the pandemic and like talking down upon people. Also expect people to say loudly who they are at the desk to check in when the waiting room has people in it. They get snarky when I give my first name and the initial of my surname. So unfortunately for that. It's 4 stars. Reception need to up there game and be a bit more professional

Very happy with the clinic. It has everything you need podiatrist, physio etc. Dr Jeremy Nakulski was very professional and pleasant it was my first visit to your clinic. The hours are great too. Open till 8pm is so helpful when you work during the week. Close to home too. Will be making this my regular clinic.

Dr Makar was polite and provided solutions for the problems I was having. Reception staff were also very friendly and helpful, giving me clear instructions on what to do to keep everyone safe as I had a sore throat. This was my first time here and I'll probably be back.

Ridiculous response of not taking new 3 year old patient with a fever, especially after knowing they are clear of COVID.

COVID symptoms are like all flu symptoms, so basically just not taking any new sick patients, not even over the phone, what kind of clinic is this? Why be doctors if you are going to selectively choose your patients, makes no sense!

Dr Angus Wong is one of the most, caring, compassionate and understanding doctors I have ever met. Nothing is too much trouble, he is gentle, kind and makes you feel at ease and comfortable to tell him anything, without any judgement. The only problem is that he is so amazing, l find it hard to get an appointment with him, because obviously all his patients feel the same.

The doctor I saw seemed knowledgeable and pinpointed the problem quite quickly. The reception staff were polite and helpful.
