This is just an ok place, great for basketball / netball etc but the swimming pool is freezing and the other pool that is heated is small and used for swimming lessons

You would think in a growing town like pakenham they would put in a huge indoor heated pool

Like in Cranbourne
With slides etc

This place is an extraordinary place to be. There are gyms and you can book swimming lessons. There is area where both adults and kids can swim. I give this place a 5-star rating.

Very disappointing because not a single person take a shower before they use the pool.very unhygienic. Some people jump to the pool straight after the gym.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Although the facilities for a badminton sesh werent exactly satisfactory. But its aight cos we part of the hood innit, nah but fr great recreational facility.

Very bad refund policy.
Realizing that I am on suspension for 3 months now they still charge without any notification. They ripped off $70 without my consent.
Last two time they send me the reminder notification about my suspension however this time they just silently sweep the account. They should understand with COVID lockdown in place now and then, Its very hard for some one on suspension to check when they are open or not. They should work on improving their processes for people who are not regular. Highly disappointed

Very clean pool, shower and change rooms. All staff had an easy smile. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Only been here for a swim. Does that well. With all the room I thought it would be a 50m pool. It could be a center piece for the region

Nice place for the family to enjoy themselves. Courts are clean, with a good amount of car parking. Amazing.

Very bad service their rubbish watches for 24 hour entry doesn't work. Been asking from 10 days to fix it. They don't care if they loose customer

Swimming lessons with no restrictions. This made it enjoyable for my 4 year old and he is close to being as good as what was pre covid.

The staff where extremely rude to me and my friends and actually swore at us telling us to leave and another customer called me fat.overall i was very disappointed and do not recommend going to Cardina Life

Great place, shame they do not have a spa and sauna it would truly be a 5 start place with this upgrade

The pools are great and I've gone here several times to just swim my life away the basketball area is a blast the staff are a bit rude though especially at the canteen

Lively atmosphere when the sports are on. Staff are really friendly, professional and occasionally go the extra mile. Keep it up!

1st time we went needed the pool wheelchair to get onto the water, that was being repaired so couldn't get in, fair enough. Went back six or more months later and its still being repaired

Great all round place. My wife attends the gym, my son the occasional care and my other son plays basketball. All under the one roof

Awesome place, great people and affordable prices, the swimming pool is a great place to teach kids and to practise swimming, lots of activities to do here including basketball and 24/7 Gym.

Good place to do rehab physio. Have to check your times though as groups take priority in small pool.

It's ok, but my partner was treated rudely from a fellow customer. Staff handled it, but we've seen the gentleman since then and no apology.
