Have been to Carac twice now and both times they say they have the product I'm looking for to find out that they have none on the shelf. Know what you have in stock before you say that you have the product

Bought a diesel heater and lithium battery from Glenn a few weeks ago for our caravan. Ryan did the install.
Had a few issues which were definitely NOT the fault of Carac or Ryan. But Hubby and I have been 'blown away' with the efforts these guys went to to sort out the issue; particularly Ryan.
We were continually updated about the progress of work on trying to fix the issue with the heater by Glenn or Ryan.
These guys were so easy to deal with. We can't thank them enough for all the trouble they went to to fix this issue.
We have bought a number of items from Carac before including new tyres for the van. Didn't realise how great Carac and its staff is until we encountered this problem.
The strength of this business is definitely in their friendly service and their vast knowledge of caravans and mechanics. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Highly recommended shop, there you can find all the bits&pieces for your caravan/trailer. Large availability of spare parts too plus an amazing customer service, I have been attended by Brendon who has supported me in finding the best solution for my trailer.

All the staff are very friendly and quick to ask if you need a hand. They all seem to know what they're talking about and have had no issue answering my questions. I havent used the workshop only the retail side. They stock a massive assortment of caravan, trailer and camping related parts and accessories.

I was after a Sphere EcoSpin Portable Washing Machine
They only had the display unit left. The normal price is$79 but I could have it for $75
No thanks I can pickup a NEW one for $69 at the RV Superstore

What ever you need they have got it And tell how it works or how to install it. The staff are very competent and courteous. Why would you go anywhere else or on line. These people are the tops

They ripped me off charged me for 1.5 m of chain.l measured it 1m.l asked for 1m.brought other stuff and looked a the receipt later when l got home.it was clearly deliberate
