I was interested in simple outdoor Zip Track blinds and Capri blinds was a great solution. I cant speak for the quality and ease of installation of the blinds. All the process from the quote to fitting was smooth and very professional service in terms of time frames guaranteed. Vijay was very polite and professional all the way through with the job. He also followed up after 2 months of installation which is rare in other places. I would say 5 star for this business. Highly recommended.

Superb experience from the start. Vijay came to provide a quote which turned out to be the best quote we had received. Kami came to measure and was very respectful. The installation was quick and painless.

Now for the blinds. The blinds are of great quality. The colors are exactly as we expected them to be. The fit is also superb. One of the reasons we went with Capri Blinds is the perceived quality of their rolling mechanism. Well, the mechanism is as good as advised and we have had no problems with it thus far. The blind covers the windows perfectly thus allowing very little light to come through the sides.

We recently renovated our home and were on the lookout for a decent curtain company both from the standpoint of quality and price. Friends pointed us in the direction of Capri Blinds & Drapes and we could not be happier with the result.

The outlet is ideally located in Dandenong to cover the SE suburbs and beyond, has ample parking both onsite and nearby. From our first visit and interaction with Bersha to the installation by Kemi (apologies if l have got the spellings wrong), the entire team was professional and courteous throughout.

The selection of fabrics is vast, the quality excellent, and prices suit every budget. The suggestions that were given as to what would fit best in our home were spot on, when we saw the final product. The team at Capri Blinds & Drapes delivered as promised and in the specified timeframe. We have no issue in recommending them.

I used services of Capri Blinds and Drapes to beautify my new house with blinds and curtains. We went to the showroom by chance and so happy that we found them. The initial discussion with Bersha who welcomes you with a smile was very impressive and even though our plan was to visit a few more curtain shops before finalising, we dropped it after just few minutes in the showroom and Bersha. We were able to see the variety of work they could do and were impressed with the display and the way Bersha gave us a lot of information.
Next we met the owner Vijay, who is a humble man with wonderful sense of business. He is a good salesman too, uses a technique or two, however never really pushy and I was alright dealing with a good salesman rather than a bad one at that. He explained how he works, the quality of his materials he uses and even showed us his own manufacturing unit with some high-tech equipment at the back of his showroom. He then helped us decide what we wanted for our house based on our house plans (and his own visit to the site), with few recommendations here and there, without trying to influence us too much. Once we knew what combinations of curtains and blinds we wanted he helped us with the types of clothes to choose from to make an informed decision.
Even with all the different lockdowns, he delivered our curtains on time, his installer Kavi is another great guy, he spent so much time to ensure we get the best fittings of curtains and blinds. He was not ready to cut the corner and do a shoddy job, especially with us having 4 bay windows, which are difficult to manage with roller blinds.
All in all, we got some wonderful curtains and blinds for sure, but the purchasing experience and the people that Capri has made the whole journey pleasant.
We bought, sheer curtains with S-pleats, which look wonderful, roller blinds with see through option and Roman blinds for some windows. As an experiment we took one mechanised Roman curtain and now repent that we should have done it for other windows too. Thanks a lot Capri blinds for making our home more beautiful
