I am very happy with the blinds and curtains that I bought from this shop. They have a wide range of colors, patterns, and materials to choose from, and the prices are reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they measured and installed the blinds and curtains quickly and professionally. Mr. Vijay has been handling our requirements professionally. The quality of the products are excellent, and they look great in my living room and bedroom. I would highly recommend Capri Blinds and Drapes, to anyone looking for blinds and curtains for their home or office.

Never got to experience the product however, waiting for Vijay to quote, was meant to be at mine 5.30pm. I rushed to get home from another appointment only to be told at 6pm that he'll arrive at 7pm. No consideration for people, terribleservice. Very disappointed, and as a result you lost my business

Capri blinds will rob you blind.

One of the Capri Blinds installers had drilled through one of our internal gas pipes causing a gas leak, we then had to pay for asap repairs (by licensed gasfitters) out of our own pocket due to safety and basic necessity of gas. The installer made excuses that the stud finder he used didn’t notify him of a gas pipe where he drilled and also made a baseless claim that ‘the gas pipe didn’t have the minimum setback when installed in accordance to building codes (which of course he couldn’t reference any AS clause or building code) the licensed gas fitter who made the repairs told us there are no official required setback for gaspipes and that regardless of the AS clauses he did drill through the gas pipe and therefore is 100% liable. I have sent a letter of demand with invoice and job report made by the gas leak repairer and yet it has been more than a month since they have not replied to us and have ghosted us.

If you want to hire a contractor who is negligent and shirks responsibility at the first sign of trouble and cuts all contact then Capri Blinds is the one.

If you have any semblance of responsibility or humanity you will pay for the damages which your installer had made and the repairs that we had paid for.

I have all copies of licensed repairs carried out and reports from the gas fitter and correspondences/dates of damges/repairs and subsequent emails i had sent to Vijay regarding payment of damages.

Vj and his team at Capri blinds did an amazing job on my block out blinds and sheers for my new house. They have great communication, very fast and efficient with installation too.

Worst place ever don’t go here! Worst customer service! Once something is wrong they want nothing to do with it.

Do not get your blinds from this place! Once you pay the blinds will come late and if you have any issues with the blinds they will tell you that it’s your fault. Vijay is a con man and untrustworthy! This place has been on a current affair before for being dodgy and actually stealing peoples money.
