65 Worst service anywhere. They only get one star because I had to put something there in order for this message to post.
Canterbury caused weeks of delays and thousand of dollars in costs to us when we built in 2009.
I thought that was in the past, but recently I needed to get a retractable screen serviced.
They never returned my calls (several). Finally when I got hold to them, the stuffed up the booking for the repair person to come out. It had to be rescheduled.
Then they insisted I pay for the service work in advance.
But when the repair took a quarter of the time to actually do, did they call to refund me?
I waited a week before I called.
I left another message that was never answered.
Today I finally got hold of them.
I have never experienced people with less care for their customers.
I recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

I am changing my review of this company thanks to David Newton, who has done well to fix our problems. I am not changing the overall rating though as we still received such bad service to start with. It is a pity that we had to jump up and down to get some attention, but at least the issues were finally seen to. Thank you David.
The staff at Canterbury were very helpful. From plan stage to ordering my windows, they were able to answer all my questions and even offer some great options. My timber windows were delivery on time and the quality was spot on. Very happy with the process and end result. Thanks heaps to all at Canterbury Windows.
