Cant thank the team at Canterbury Windows enough. From the great customer service and communication with Sam M I am absolutely thrilled with the result. Beautiful bifold doors and a sashless window has opened up our entertaining area. The finishing touch was then with Phil who Canterbury organised to install. His attention to detail was second to none. Cleaned up beautifully after his great work as well. Cant recommend them enough.

Have been waiting over a month for someone to simply give a quote. Now the business hours never seem to be open?

Amazing quality windows, we ordered some feature entry windows, they were custom made merbau windows and we couldn't be happier with the product, exceeding our expectations. Double glazed windows are solid and well made and the casement windows open smoothly but also seal really well when closed. A small bit of damage to the winder in transport however James has been amazing to respond and action a service call immediately for this easy fix. Very impressed, thanks team.

I came into the Clayton South showroom with my finacee on Saturday morning and was assisted by Matt. From start to finish Matt knew his stuff inside and out, answered all questions we had on the spot and looked after us incredibly well. Matt provided excellent service through his impressive knowledge, friendly approach and professional demeanour.

The worst service Ever, service is zero you have to wait for so long to get back to you I bought 3.of bi-folding doors spend about $22,000 dollars, and one of the screen door is damage I’ve been calling them so many times, they don’t have any one to come to fix it and they put me to different person again and again but no results what so ever I suggest to stay away from this company!

Canterbury Windows recently supplied some timber double hung windows for a new home we are building. The selection process was easy with the sales person meeting our clients at the showroom to explain the options. Also the ordering and delivery of the windows has been stress free. We are very happy with the product and service from this window manufacturer and as builders we would happily install these windows in future jobs.

Dealt with Sam M, I must say, the communication was great, with prompt responses to emails. Delivery was on time and overall very happy with the product. Was a shame to have to paint over the timber. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Worst company ever.

Am building through Metricon and the whole building process has been delayed because Canterbury have lost my doors apparently they cant locate them in their warehouse.supposed to be delivered on the 18th.

Canterbury windows and doors have been great to deal with and the products are very good. All in all im very happy with the result on the projects i have used them on.

Really disappointing that my wife and I spent a couple of hours walking around picking all our products and after numerous phone calls and promises for a call back or email response have still months later have never received a quote. We’ve contacted a few other window companies since and received excellent service and a quote within 24 hours. Struggling to understand how a company like this can survive. Customer service should be paramount and in this case it has been appalling.

Worst customer service! A service call required a lead time of 4 weeks to respond to the issues. If you are constructing through Eight Homes or Urbanedge Homes, think and act. Because it is Centerbury Windows who supply and fix the materials for those builders.

Have 2 x bi-fold doors installed, took a while to get a couple of service issues escalated but service was great once we were connected with the right people in the organization.

Went there to replace some doors at home, even with an empty store we were completely ignored. Unhelpful staff, a waste of my time, not coming again.
