Absolutely useless. They do not even return phone calls.changed my mind about being a customer.

I have never in my LIFE come across a Dr that was so rude. This place is poorly run and expensive, they do not care AT ALL about their patients or their patients quality of life. There are many other organizations that do the same thing out there - I suggest you try one of them.

Beware, after an expensive online consultation, no Medicare rebate, returned to fill my second prescription only to be told the script expires after two months. Prescriptions in Australia expire in 12 months, this is not good enough.

I was with this company for nearly a year. But with my most recent order they send my medication to the wrong address. Then when I did manage to get the package - they sent the wrong prescriptions. I've had no luck getting customer service to give me any kind of answer.edit - reply: I am glad speaking to me was not unpleasant. I try not to treat individual people as if they are the actual company that is ripping me off. That being said, this company is ripping me off and not even treating me very well about it. My email and follow up calls about this issue were not returned for the better part of a week and now the 'replacement' you've sent is the same as the product I'm returning - lot # is even the same. I'm exhausted of dealing with this and the only method of communication which seems to elicit a response is negative reviews: (

Great company to deal with. I’ve only been a patient for 2 weeks and waiting on my first script to be delivered. So far no complaints

Very rude first caller (care navigator call, not with the doctor).

At one point I did not understand part of what was said (probably because of accent). I apologised and said that I did not follow a part of what was said to me. I was told 'let me finish'. I apologised again and said I had to interrupt because I was not able to understand a part of what was said to me. I was told again 'if you would let me finish'.

I asked the person why are you aggressive. He kept on like a robot that he is only trying to help me (by misbehaving apparently).

I asked 'Have I been rude to you? '. The person would not answer directly. I asked again 'Have I been rude to you? '. No direct answer. Just the same robotic replies. I said I don't need to be humiliated like this and that he can hang up. Also said '*%#$ off man' at the end.

I am in a lot of pain and needed this very much. But I just could not let go this kind of demeaning behaviour.

I was told at the beginning that the call was being recorded. I surely hope that was the case and someone listens to the call and takes decisions to make a difference.

Been easy to organise and manage my pain and ordering is the best way to do it these guy's manage and make sure your going okay with your doses and your feelings okay with it! And getting your orders isn't am issue they will call you and organise your Drs appointment and will call you back so you can put your order in very well organised company one that looks after you l give them 10 out of 10 for organisations and staff who are the same as the company

Have been quite happy with the experience and, hopeful the outcome for me will be a less painful future.

The best medication I have ever been privileged to use. Anyone with nerve pain I recommend using this product, I have used conventional medications for years and years and all they have done is take the edge off the pain at the beginning however eventually these medications do nothing, with the Cannvalate CBD oil after about 2 to 3 weeks you start to feel a big difference as the pain starts to dissipate basically to no pain at all it’s such a relief.

Easy to deal with. All staff are friendly and professional. I've never had an issues with their process and everything was simple to understand. Very reasonable prices they also invoiced me so I could have another party place payments. No paperwork at all as my medical condition was already present on my health records. I feel very appropriately treated by my new clinic and highly anticaping my treatment and journey to quality of life through Cannvalate.

This is actually for my Mother in law and it has been a God send, helping her anxiety, depression and mood swings as she progresses through early stage Dementia and other medical conditions.
