This clinic can be very dangerous to mental health patients

In 2020, I have consulted with Dr Kevin Cheng, without any proper consultation (he did not ask any symptoms) denied the medication that was required (THC)

I was already suffering from very serious case of C-PTSD and this denial of medication lead to many dangerous results. Of course this is not singular reason of my C-PTSD accelerated to level of multiple suicides and assaults in public (screaming), but it did definitely contribute

And I emailed the company how the consult was minimal this was their response

I cant say much on the type of medication that was prescribed, at the end of the day we put our trust in the doctor's to prescribe a suitable medication based on the symptoms and diagnosis' of the patient.

I have emailed back saying this is not about “trusting” doctor, as a company minimal standard of consult should be achieved to protect patients and society. I also notified them I will report the doctor to the medical board for the negligence.

I feel like this a reckless conduct

They replied with assume to be a copy-paste type response.

To get a refund is mission impossible, I’ve sent countless emails on MONDAY and I’m yet to receive my refund

Tired of trying to order more scripts and leaving messages that aren’t returned! May look at alternative suppliers! You say it takes 3 weeks to obtain, but I always end up havin* to go without for days because it is not ready to pick up!

The process is difficult, and once I got a prescription for cbd oil they shipped it to the wrong address. It also takes up to 3 weeks for the pharmacy to post. My brother had a consult with a different company and it was super fast and easy.
I’ve tried to contact them about shipping to the wrong address in a different state but no response for 2 days and still waiting.

You are asking me to do a survey about my experience before experiencing anything. I find this unprofessional.

From the start it was a good consultation with doctor, what he prescribe for me was exactly what I needed so that worked out well. Then was up to me to figure the dose that worked for me. Cannvalate staff have been amazing to work with, and the follow up appointment s, with the doctor have been going very well, All in all I believe Cannvalate are helping alot of people have a better life, I also understand that you can't please everyone, but I am one pleased customer, Thank you Cannvalate, fromDoctor access, to the chemist for advice, staff on the phones all doing a great job. It was easy as usual the only thing was that I had a little trouble understanding what the Docter was saying.

I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated by the team at Cannvalate, they were curtious, knowledgeable and understanding of my health problems, and made it easy for me to obtain a consultation with their doctor. The doctor was also very helpful and polite, he explained the medication best for my health problems in terms I could easily understand. That was followed up by another member of the team that guided me through the remainder of the process. I was very pleased with the whole process. I can only hope the medication gives me the help I am looking for once I have tried it.

The team members that I was talking too were very helpful and pleasant, nothing was a problem which made me feel very calm in talking to them.

Very expensive if you have a high tolerance like me it won't be very cost effective and it takes a very long time to get the medicine after you have payed

The initial consult was great but I was unable to get the information required for Second Consultation.

Verry easy to deal with non judgmental mental health assessment. The whole process was a lot less intrusive than what I was expecting

They are a professional friendly company. The process, initially, is quite tedious however my husband is reaping the benefits and it's wonderful to see the positive changes. The pain relief has had an amazing effect on his personality and he rarely gets frustrated and angry now. The staff are great at guiding you through the process which all makes sense when you go through it.

Easy process so far hope it can help process was done professionally and was smooth start to finish after submitting medical reports

Initial consult and then I was charged for product that I never received.
No one answers the phone.
