The hair dresser didn't know how to handle children even though she was nearly a child herself. Sit down, shut up and watch TV was the objective here. Why bother going to a kids hairdresser if there's no effort made to communicate with a child? The hair cut itself was very poor. Inconsistent and patchy. 1 star for the certificate. Will not be back.

Over priced for rude and unfriendly customer service and basic trim. Unprofessional workers who give dirty looks and be rude directly to and in front of customers. Won’t be coming back, waste of time and money.

Can't handle bad reviews so the owner tries to harass you and lecture you to remove it even though they can't admit that they did a terrible job.

Just use a regular hair dresser you won't be disappointed.

Took our 14 month old son here for his first haircut - staff were friendly, the cut looked great, and our son had a blast! Highly recommended to treat your kids!

A very thoughtful way to set up a hairdresser's catering to children. Choices of DVDs and type of car to sit in. The hairdressers I saw whilst there were just lovely with the children.

The owner can find you and personally message those who left bad review on facebook for one of hair dresser and she requested you to remove bad review on facebook. This place is disgusting and highly not recommended as one of hair dresser is very unfriendly and so ridiculously racist. Never again!

Have now tried this place 3 times to cut my sons hair and each time they have done such a terrible job, despite us being clear on what style we were after and having a different stylist each time. Paid over $30 for a 15 minute cut and was told if we wanted a real style (rather than the awful cut she did) we would have to book a longer appointment and pay more.

Having been taking my child here for a couple of years now. Friendly service and good haircuts.

Highly recommend the ear piercing. They do both ears at once, reassuring to my scared daughter and took their time to ensure the perfect finish.

I think this place doesn't get the credit it deserves! Cutting children's hair would not be an easy job and I think they do a great one.
My son has had his haircut many of times but yesterday he decided he didn't want it and screamed and moved around the entire time. The lady cutting his hair did an amazing job, it honestly would of been hard to cut a screaming toddlers hair. I like the rewards system and that you can book online. The only negative is the prices.

My girls love going here. Excellent hairdressers, easy booking system and the girls always walk away happy with their princess braids.

The staff have always been so patient with our boys when they've gone through the stage of hating to have their hair cut. Each chair has a TV with wide choice of shows so that they can be distracted. Highly recommended.

I would give 5 stars if it was just for Elysha, she is fabulous! But I have seen other stylists who aren't so great, and the prices vary too much for the same hair cut! It is a cool environment for the kids, they really have thought about everything. And the certificate and cuts of hair for the first cut is sweet.

Fantastic experience with Crystal who cut our autistic daughters hair today. She was very sweet and kept our girl entertained while giving her a very cute haircut. Highly recommended for kids, very cute salon with plenty to keep them amused.

Well this place has the rudest staff, completely lacking in any customer service. I Agree with other reviewers the place is not as clean as it should be and the staff member who did my granddaughters hair was rude, grumpy and clearly just wanted to get it over as quick as possible and made it a thoroughly disagreeable experience. We had driven a long way but so not worth it!
