Aisling was very patient, warm and friendly with my 2 year old son and this was much appreciated as he is not always comfortable getting his hair cut. Most importantly, the haircut was first class, thank you!

Very expensive place for a hair cut. But the ambience is good. The customer service is excellent. And you don't have to be embarrassed about your crying child.

I would like to give half a star or even less than that based on the service provided by the person who attended us.
We visited the salon last evening to do a haircut for our 2 years old baby girl. We have had several haircuts in different salons, but this was the worst ever. The person who attended us was rude and the haircut was unfinished. Her approach is not even close to professional. I seldom post negative feedback/reviews, we were really disappointed. Ambience was good, and customers would really appreciate if your staffs would treat the customers politely. Thank you very much.

My daughter has been coming to Candy Hair for 5 years now. She is now 9, and loves the experience. While she is too big for the cars now, she still loves her princess braids and glitter!

Fantastic! She was so calm and collected with my 2yo who was very difficult to manage. Very impressed at the job she was able to do despite his temperament.

I have no complaints, my son was moving around a lot and the lady did really good with handling him for his first hair cut. Definitely recommend

Able to have both my under 6 kids hair cut within 15 minutes (we booked online). Stylists are friendly, patient and so quick with their tools - the kids were not stressed and looked good. More than I’d like to pay for a kids cut to be honest but the service is impeccable, and there are perks like novelty seating, individual screens to keep them distracted etc.

Amanda styled my sons hair. She is amazing and so relaxed with kids. My sons hair was perfectly cut and styled. Overall a great experience and service. My son gets excited going here to get his hair cut.

Was a lovely experience all round. Kristy was lovely with the kids but also checked in with me regularly to make sure I was happy - great service!

Went today for my 2 year old's first time haircut.reached on time to the mall but in locating the shop it took 10 minutes and when reached the reception lady said she can't do it now because we are 10 minutes late.as we were new to the whole area.it took us time to locate them.and we were not informed on call while booking that it will be 15 minute appointment and if we will be late.then they can't proceed with the appointment.if we had such information we would come early.on the other hand the lady was very rude and told they have 15 minute rule written on the shop but what if a person is coming first time and from 50km away specially for the cut.won't recommend to anyone.very unprofessional!

Katie did such an amazing job with our boy Orlando.
She was excellent with him and worked her magic to keep him entertained whilst working up a fabulous style!

Been here multiple times. Always happy with the outcome. Just went in for a wash, trim + blow dry this time. Staff are friendly.kids get to play on ipad or watch a show etc while there.no faults.

Great service. Very patient hairdresser as my daughter was pretty nervous and took awhile to encourage her to get in the chair. Amazing concept for the little ones, particularly for a first hair cut. Reasonably priced for what you get, Lani did the most beautiful braid for my daughter with fairy glitter. Will definitely return for our next trim. Thank you:)
