Extremely professional and outstanding service! Needed a full air con/heating system installed throughout the house - spoke to a number of different places, however my experience with Richard at Camberwell Electrics stood out from the crowd by a long shot. Richard was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with and very communicative throughout the whole process (from deciding on the right system, answering my many questions, through to installation and all paperwork) - he clearly takes pride in his expertise and the work he does and took the time to exactly understand my needs and deliver a great product, service (and at a great price). We needed a split-system air-con installed in our home. We hunted around to get some quotes but found that Richard was not only able to get us a great price, but he was very easily to deal with and talk to over the phone. Excellent service from Rob and Bob. Both very pleasant and professional. They helped move our old fridge to another room and also highlighted a small damage on the new fridge shelf and organised an immediate replacement.

I was very happy with the installation of 2 split system air conditioners/heaters in 2 bedrooms in our house. I got 3 quotes from different companies and Camberwell Electrics (Richard Nankivell) was the cheapest and clearly the most expert/competent. The installation was done 2 weeks after we confirmed the order and the actual installation only took a few hours and was done extremely neatly and professionally. Highly recommend.

I have used Camberwell Electrics twice this year. First to supply and instal a new split system in my mothers apartment, and then to do some make good and supply and instal a new ducted heating system at home. During the recent lockdown in Melbourne, I ordered a heat pump clothes dryer by phone for my daughter in Melbourne as her birthday present. The customer service from Joseph Grofton of Camberwell Electrics was excellent. There were issues trying to get hold of stock due to supply problems (happening in many situations due to Covid restrictions) however Joseph went above and beyond to have the dryer delivered and installed by my daughters birthday.
I cannot thank Joseph and his Team at Camberwell Electrics for meeting, then exceeding my expectations.
I would recommend them to everyone.

Thank you, Matthew at Camberwell Electrics. I needed a copy of a Tax Invoice for a washing machine purchased in 2017. No problem, Matthew simply took my details and emailed it to me. Can't recommend the staff and products at Camberwell Electrics more highly. I have purchased a washing machine, stove top, range hood, plus numerous small appliances including an iron and toaster, and even a kitchen sink! When you go to Camberwell Electrics to buy something you will find that the staff know about the products they sell. The staff try to find you the item that will work best for you, unlike many other appliance stores which try to sell you what is "on special", whether it meets your needs or not. Go to Camberwell Electrics and see what they have to offer. You will need to go no further.

A big thank you to Jed and Bob yesterday. I am hearing impaired and use a sound bar to increase the sound level on my television to a point where I can hear it without subtitles. Over the past week I realized that the battery in the remote for the soundbar was going flat and it didn't matter what I did I couldn't release the battery door to change the battery. In the finish I rang Camberwell Electrics for some assistance and they referred me to the distribution centre which as it happened was just down the road. I called at the centre and Jed and Bob assisted with the change of battery and advise how I could get the battery door open in the future as it was not really straight forward.
Again many thanks for your assistance Bob and Jed I can now go back to hearing the TV and not reading subtitles

Rob and Bob delivered a dryer to my apartment and the service was excellent! They were so helpful and took my old dryer with them which was a huge help. Dealing with Camberwell electrics was excellent too.
