Waited for weeks for a quote, including following up with emails and phone calls. Constantly hearing ‘must’ve slipped through the system’ even though I’d spoken to them a week earlier and heard the same response. Absolutely useless. Still awaiting the quote from four months ago!

We got an appliance through Designer Appliances which was coordinated through Camberwell electrics, there was an issue with the order being delayed in the lead up to Christmas so I called and spoke to Lillian who was super helpful and even managed to coordinate us getting our delivery before Christmas! Really appreciated her help and turned into a positive experience.

I called in to Camberwell Electrics this morning and from that first moment, I was welcomed warmly by Maria. She was patient, professional and friendly in the advice she gave me with my selection of an Air-Fryer. She also introduced me to Hans - so lovely to meet you too! Thank you for providing such exceptional customer service and range of products.

Camberwell Electrics have been around for 70 years so they must be doing something right. I found out first hand what that is. Hans Vanderstadt who has been in charge for 30 years oozes service, it is in his and his staffs DNA. This guy was so helpful to me that I was taken aback, it reminded me of days gone by.
I was inquiring about some audio gear that was on sale - for my Daughters birthday. I live on Phillip Island and I mentioned that locally there was nothing to match the price or quality. With fuel costs being so high - I thought to myself I might have to go elsewhere when Hans came to the rescue by suggesting that he could personally post out my Daughters presents. I can report back that my Daughter was delighted with her gifts, her words were she was in 'awe' of the sound quality! So I just wanted to acknowledge Hans and Camberwell Electrics for making it such a pleasant experience and thank you for going the extra mile for us. I will definitely be a returning customer. SOS. Our fridge broke down on a wintery Saturday at 4.00pm! Full of weekly shopping whilst trying to calm mum who sadly has Alzheimer's disease Help! Sonja took my call sourced a Fisher and Paykel bottom mount fridge at a competitive price and spoke to the Manager and Owner Hans. The new fridge was delivered by Hans just after 5: 00pm. We are so grateful for the exceptional service. Thank you Camberwell Electrics. Good old fashioned service isn't a thing of the past.

Hans and the team were absolutely fabulous. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. The guys that installed our split system were clean, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Camberwell Electrics for all your air conditioning requirements.

In the last 10 years have bought additional items and in recent times we have required an outdoor exhaust fan for our kitchen area and the same service applies. Good buying experience in the showroom with courteous and knowledgeable staff. Delivery was on time and Rob and Steve were friendly and expert with the install - took the time to do everything right.

Dealing with Paul and his installation team was great; they made the process very, they didn't put the 'hard' sell techniques on me and the installation team organised & fitted the unit with minimal fuss. An excellent experience.

Sonia Antonello has been phenomenal at arranging my fridge for me. She went above and beyond and called LG directly to ensure I could get one that was arriving on the next shipment, and then because of the dock strikes arranged a loan fridge whilst the delay occurred. I could not recommend her and this store more.
