Junky customer services! Services and facey looks from the lady was SO UNBELIEVABLE RUDE! I swear I’ll never go back again. A disgusting and sick shopping experience in this shop!

Been to the shop today, the staffs who serving in the shop were both with long faces n very rude attitude! Unbelievable rude!

I've been coming here for about 5 years & buying pretty much everything I need. It used to be great. I accidentally picked up the wrong size bra the other week - I removed the tags but not the paper tag on the strap before i realised. The service when I bought it was rude, which surprised me, but I wasn't worried about returning it. When I took it back to get the right size, the two girls in there were incredibly rude, told me it looked like it had been washed (it still had paper on the strap) and basically threw me out of the store. They said the manager would call me. That was 2 weeks ago. I haven't heard anything. Not sure if they've just stolen it, but I will never go back. They've lost a loyal customer.

Sorry but the service here is just appalling. Having asking a question about my transaction was responded with attitude by that one lady as if accusing me of stupidity. Just rude attitude to people she was serving. Well there goes a store I’d never walk into again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! It is obviously a well recognized fashion label which should provide positive customer advising, but you get the opposite instead. The two women there were rude and didn't care about me and other clients. Come on! It is not cheap and you should have at least respect.
PLUS the stock is not the best, you find better things in MYER from the same brand.
