I never met so disgusting sale. My mom didn't finish the browsing ，the supervisor grabbed the pants and put it back to the stand. So rude and I feel its already racist. She was yelling to me and my mom. She is very proud of her mistake. Never saw so shameless people.

A old woman who is manager in that store I think, she is soooo rude to kid and scared my son, I told her when I pay at the counter that she can’t talk to kid like that and she bang the table and yelling to me! So horrible

100/10 rude customer service.

I went to the shop today and were looking for to buy many bras (not kidding), no one said hello. I was right next to one of the sales assistant and SHE IGNORED ME plus the ugliest eye contact for the whole time when I was in the store. Not too sure if it’s because I was carry a tote bag with me not luxury brand bag? Because she said hi to another customer to had LV bag. + the store were not busy there were 3 customers in the store with 2 staff members standing in the counter pretending they were so busy to greet customers politely.

They both looked at me as if I could not afford anything in the shop. And I don’t see why do I have to help them with their store budget.

P. S I recommend the company to replace the whole team with new members as I have always shop there since emporium was open. And surprisingly I still see the same faces with the same attitude in the store. There are a lot of great people who are passionate with retail career and would love to represent your brand.

I was once a retail assistant in emporium and I love my Joan’s I would do a anything to represent the brand in the most positive ways!

The lady who appears a bit senior was very rude. I was shopping in the store and heard her asking another customer in a loud and impatient manner "I'M ASKING YOU WHAT SIZE DO YOU WEAR! " I was shocked.

But the lady who speaks Mandarin is polite and helpful.

Some of the underwears were labeled wrong but the staff were able to confirm it was a simple error and apologised for the inconvenience. The staff were clear and nice and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new pair of underwear

The manager name Kathy is horribly rude. Would never come back to this store - disgusting customer service, no doubt why no one come to this store.

Very very rude! I wanna try on a bra but she kept asking me private questions very LOUDLY! Like if I’m pregnant and my size!

when I ask for trying two bras with different size at a same time, she refused to help! WTH?

I had brought back 2 items both size S and M to purchase. Cashier goes into the back to give me the new plastic wrapped items and gives me 2 size M's without telling me and I hadn't realised until I already went home. While purchasing the cashier took a while as she was chatting away to her co worker, little to no professionalism

I understand why their rating is 2.0 they are so rude. I bought these under wear for my bf’s BD gift. They said there are discounting for $25 so I asked the staff “Is this gonna be $75 today? ” and they said “No! ” So I asked them again “then how much is it? ” They said “Just minus $25”
I said “so that means $75 right? ” But they said “No, I don’t know just minus $25”
Anyway I paid for it, it was $75, I was right so I couldn’t understand the staff Lol

Great range and good sales. But first time at this store and the lady who served me was so rude and not polite at all. Judging by the reviews already of this store it seems to be an ongoing issue. Fix it up!

The horrible customer service here is not a joke, the service lady needs to learnt the difference between being helpful and being straight forward rude. She made me go to her even if i dont want to get my fitting checked, no sence of freedom in terms of shopping experience or the garment choices, yup she ruined that Store for me forever
