Cafe on Lords

Shameful stuff. Found mould growing on the food being served and when I pointed this out the rude middle aged woman said sorry we're not all perfect.

Extremely rude felt really uncomfortable and not well, it will not be spending our money here and do not recommend

Only place that would serve lunch food at 11: 30am on a freezing rainy day. Ladies behind the counter were so welcoming and accommodating and couldn’t recommend this place higher. Prices were so reasonable and not overpriced basics like the other cafes.

Poor people skills, wanted plain croissant seemed to be a big deal, my daughter is a vegetarian wanted a cheese toasted sandwich the woman looked at me with a sour face as if it was a drama, won’t ever be going back again

Terrible service by workers, then maggots in my chicken sandwich.went back to complain and they had attitude.had pictures even of proof.i reported experience to department of health Australia, and they are going to investigate.worst cafe in australia.

The woman who works here is rude and either doesn’t understand the concept of customer service or doesn’t care about it. Avoid. There’s a cafe with friendly staff down the road

I really didn’t want to give any stars but you cannot leave a review without giving any stars. So, I start by giving zero stars. We went there early morning for breakfast and the lady behind the register was very rude. She herself did not have any face mask on and she proceeded to lecture us rudely “You should wear the mask on before you get in”, when I put the mask on before entering the cafe and my husband was about to put his mask on. She did not even say good morning or hi or hello, just started to lecture us rudely about wearing a mask. After facing this from her, we changed our mind and we left the cafe straightaway without answering back to her. I am so glad that we did not spend our money there as she doesn’t deserve it with this kind of customer service and attitude. This cafe is better off without her because from the outside it looks very welcoming which was the reason why we went in there. Please avoid this cafe as the customer service is very rude.

During the pandemic, when there are so many struggling businesses in regional Victoria - I would suggest spending money elsewhere. Wish I read the reviews before entering. I ordered 2 wraps and was very friendly to the staff. I saw the lady take the knife out of the margarine tub and use it to mix the hommus dip up and spread it on our wraps. The blackboard stated all wraps get either sweet chili sauce or mayonnaise which I didn't see and no one asked me. Just before she wrapped my wrap up, I asked if she could please put some sauce on it. I received no response and instead the woman sighed and seemed VERY annoyed that I had asked her make something I had paid for. There was no one even in there ordering after us. The other woman watched this and giggled as if she knew I had annoyed her coworker. I received no response when I thanked her and said goodbye. If you don't like hospitality, work in a different industry. I wouldn't have left such an in depth, bad review normally but after reading others it is clearly an ongoing issue and do not wish others to purchase from here.

On our last day here in PC we decided to pop in for morning coffee, lets just say the reviews of this place hold true, rude staff, lol make you wonder why open a cafe

My partner and I came in for Breakfast and all we can say is don’t go here. The customer service is extremely bad, no effort made and quite frankly we walked out as we felt so uncomfortable. The staff embarrassed us when we asked questions about the menu. Don’t support this local business is all we can say.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Walked into the Cafe today and the elderly lady server had her back to me, I politely asked for a coffee only to be met with a dry response in noting she was busy with another order.

I told her not to worry about the coffee as I wasn't impressed with her tone or response, I turned to walk out of the place only to be berated for "shouting out my order".

Seriously, get a job you like.

We both had a chicken wrap there but it wasn't even chicken but a shredded battered substance that neither looked nor tasted like actual meat. Skip that place

Latte made of water and too much coffee. Flat white was good.
Other customers came in to complain re their coffees, staff argumentative. Breakfast items overpriced.

Coffee could be better, however the food is nice and service is prompt.
If you are just after a quick bite with little fuss, then this small cafe is a good choice

My partner and I got a mint slice, carrot cake and a hot chocolate. The slice and cake were delicious but the hot chocolate was below average. Customer service is sub-par, the attendant got annoyed when one of us changed our order before she had started any work.

You give your hard earned money to a small business and they come across as disgruntled that you would even step foot in their shop. Food was also overpriced and of very poor quality. I ordered a falafel wrap which was of fridge temperature and falafel was extremely dry

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Not only was the food horrible and overpriced, the service was much worse. The owner didn't even acknowledged us and just stared at us when we came in. She scowled at us and angrily said that we took too many silverware and then proceeded to put the food on the table with such force that she could have just thrown it at us to show us how angry she was. My wife stood up to her and told her how rude she was behaving to her paying customers. There was no hospitality whatsoever.

Had 2 ham and cheese croissants and cappuccinos for breakfast. Service was prompt, cappucinos were good, cheese was melted in the croissants perfectly and the outside wasnt burnt or greasy. Price was very reasonable and we reccomend stopping here if this is what you are looking for.

Dont waste your money on here terrible service they send the coffee to the wrong table and clearly its been drunk and expected us to have the same coffee not even worth given them a 1 star review

If i could give a No star i would. Terrible service I actually had to ask the lady if she was ok and she scoweld at me scary stuff.
