Cafe on Lords

Friendly fast service. Veggie options available, I had a tasty and large falafel and hummus wrap, and a coffee. Pretty good VFM

The raisin bread was lovely. Thick slices with lots of fruit. Then the Rocky Road was the best ever. Thick chocolate, marshmallows, glace cherries and even a bit of biscuit! The caramel slice was just as good so I am told.
And then the music and coffee were great as well.
A memorable breakfast.

Came in around 2pm on a Saturday greeted by very friendly (new owner). We all had bakery items. Very tasty. Thanks

Really tasty pies. We stopped by for takeaway lunch and received really friendly service. The lamb and rosemary was a favourite!

Customer service was really awful the lady behind the counter was super grumpy, I said thank you and have a great Easter and she ignored me and almost seemed irritated by the interaction, the pies were horrible so disappointing as it has such great potential with the location

As others have previously stated, I should have taken heed by their reviews. The owner seemed put out that I appeared in the cafe looking for a coffee and something to eat. Perhaps a change in profession would be in order!

Ordered 2 chicken and avo paninis, 2 coffees. The only good thing about this place is that the general waste bin was near by. That’s where our lunch ended after one bite. Don’t waste your money. The deli across the road is fab.

Wish I read the reviews before going there. They know nothing about customer service. If there is an option of zero stars I would have chosen that.

Uninterested service. Food was average. The owner who i assume is the older woman needs to find another job. Avoid the place if you can. 0 star's

The beef burger was quite nice, but the other food was just okay and there was a piece of hair in one of them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WOMAN WAS SO GRUMPY. I got a death stare when I asked for a pie (which was just behind her and already made). I do not recommend EVEN COMING WITHIN 500 METRES OF THIS PLACE. GO SPEND YOUR HARDED EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Having read the reviews hereunder thought we'd try a coffee and judge the place.
Guess what, they are overwhelmingly spot on. This lady serving knows nothing about hospitality. Why the community entertains this behaviour in a tourist town reflects somewhat on Council elders. AVOID CAFE ON LORDS

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but my soul hurts a little after this coffee.after seeing all the good reviews we were looking forward to a nice breakfast, but we waited 10mins in an empty cafe to be served this (picture says it all). The coffee was watery and too strong, not enough foam.unfortunately, i don’t recommend.

Guess i should have checked the reviews before going in today! The food was good but cracking cement is easier than getting those 2 ladies to crack a smile, very rude & unpleasant women.

Would give this place ZERO stars if I could.

A pathetic experience we had! Lady wasn't welcoming at all. She was really rude and we 6 people were feeling really uncomfortable while ordering. She was a racist and biased lady. No respect for customers.

A very friendly cafe serving good quality fare. Two visits, and couldn't fault the place, its food or its staff.

Order was not correctly processed, cafe was very busy, food was sent at vastly different time intervals.

Busy little place. Had some freshly made salad rolls and cakes from here which were both amazing.
Will come here again when back visiting in Port Campbell & along the coast.

Waited ages to order. It was Boxing Day and they only had 2 staff working so was happy to wait. Came to order and was told no other milk is available except for low fat. Thought that was odd considering this is a cafe but agreed to purchase the coffees anyway. Once again, waited ages for 2 coffees. I finally got the coffees, took one sip and realized my coffee was made with almond milk (not sure how when they only have low fat). The coffee was so hot it burnt my tongue. At this point I was annoyed with the whole situation so I took it back and politely asked to have the coffee replaced with regular milk as initially ordered. The lady rudely snapped asking for my ticket, I explained I wasn’t given one. She pretended to look through the rubbish but couldn’t find any ticket. She then told me she would make me another coffee but I had to wait as she was servicing other orders. If you make a mistake, good customer service is to apologise and correct the mistake immediately and not further inconvenience your customer by making them wait. No refund offered, no apology offered by that time I was so frustrated I left with no coffee. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
