I randomly stumbled across this place surinf drs appointment.
They are so nice and friendly the service is genuine and warm. Food is fresh and hot. Cannot recommend the pork banhmi enough its so good.

The first roll I had from CJ was good, but the next time we had to wait more than half an hour for what ended up being two of the worst banh mi I've had in Melbourne. The rolls also costs a dollar or two more than average.

Just went in for the first time and the service was the nicest and most genuine I have seen. The roast pork roll is amazing. Will be back!

The the THE best Bánh mì & Bún chả in MELBOURNE. Seriously, sensational! I drive over 60ks return, to get this stuff. Bill & family are a Preston institution and with good reason. THE best!

They use the best, crunchiest tiger rolls. And they have daily specials in the Bain Marie. Will definitely be going back!

Lovely place run by lovely people. Not one of those pretentious places but the food is amazing. A regular spot for a lunch since my student days.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. By far the best banh mi’s anywhere in the area, everything is fresh and delicious. All the food is great value for money and the customer service is warm and friendly. The only thing I’d wish for was more variety on their Deliveroo menu - their daily specials and there is no tofu roll available. Get your lunch here and you will not be disappointed. Highly recommended

I've tried many Banh Mi's in Preston area and this is the best by far. Warm crispy bread, moist pork, crunchy crackling and plenty of flavour! Such friendly service too!

Stopped by today on a walk because it smelt amazing. Delicious pork rolls and coffee! Will definitely be back!

Delicious tofu vermicelli bun salad!
The staff are SO friendly and kind.
Offered me vegetarian options and asked if I wanted soy sauce instead of fish sauce.

Great bahn mi, roll on softer side, toasted before salad, pate and sauce. $7.50 for crispy pork. Also serving rice paper rolls, rice and mains which i didnt try.
