The Pork Banh Mi is one of the best in Melbourne hands down. They don’t scrimp on the filling. I need to try the hot food on the Bain Marie next time.

Positive service let down by a mediocre pork banh mi but an even more mediocre caphe sua da.

Never have I ever received an Italian roast espresso shot with milk and cream for a Vietnamese iced coffee.

Only place to go for Bahn Mi in the area. Always delicious, always well prepared and efficient. The ladies operating this eatery are always friendly and accommodating. Can't miss here.

One of the better banh mi at the northern suburbs, $9 roast pork banh mi with tiger bread is the specialty, roast pork was cooked perfectly with the skin done just right without any toughness. Friendly owners that remember your name and they also have hot takeaway food with daily menu items.

One of my favourite bahn mi shops around this area. Quick service, delicious bahn mi ingredients within a tiger roll. Any bahn mi shop with tiger rolls I have found are generally good and CJ Roll have lived up to my expectations. Will see you again soon.

Was working on area on Friday 18 Nov and stopped at 0730 for a coffee. Door was open and was greeted by a smiling Min, she said they don’t officially open until 8: 30 but made me a coffee and wished me a great day. Thanks Min and good luck with Chefs School

Great little Cafe. Didn't know about it until a friend recommended it. Love the Roast pork Banh Mi and the authentic Asian dishes just like mum makes it.

I ordered the crispy pork roll with patê and found it a little underwhelming. I loved the fact that they toast their tiger bread on order so that it’s warm and crispy, they add a good amount of protein, pickled veg and hoisin sauce, but the patê wasn’t prominent. I couldn’t taste it, nor see it much at all whilst eating which is a shame because I love pate! I also found that the flavour of the pork was lack lustre. It could’ve used a little more seasoning. The meat was tender in some areas and drier in others. It wasn’t the worst, the bread really made it, but I probably won’t be back in a rush.

Incredible tofu roll. The best sandwich (bahn mi) ive ever had! Lovely hospitality. I cant believe ive lived around the corner for a year and never been. What a find!

Edit: just been AGAIN. Purchased a Tofu Bahn Me and then had to have a second - so good!

I waited half an hour for my Vietnamese iced coffee only to receive an iced latte. Very disappointed

Ordered off delivery app, stated no pate for both rolls. When food delivered.both rolls had pate on them. If you're offering food on the app, follow the instructions and notes regarding order. The rolls were ok, not the best but not the worst either.

If you going there with laber uniform they first look after pepole working at office ihave been afew time there i order and pepole come after me to order the same pork rolls but they keep me waiting and they make office people order ready.such a shame full

Can be busy but love the Diep family. Lovely people. Good place for lunch. Great Banh Mi. Fresh & delicious.
