Great service, which is on whole another level comparing to majority of restaurants around. Stuff is welcoming and interested in providing you with the best experience possible. Food is great and very healthy, however lovers of McDonalds and junk food might find it a bit ‘blend’.)

Food is so delicious I highly recommend you reserve a table before you go. Restaurant manager Sam is so pleasant and friendly always making sure we are well taken care of.

I loved everything about this restaurant. From the moment we stepped through the doors the service was impeccable. The staff were amazing and the food absolutely first rate. I can hardly wait to go back. Big thanks Byblos

If you are looking for authentic Mideterenian food and atmosphere with fine diningg experience in Melbourne CBD, this is the best place!

It was soo bad i took the time to write this review. SPARKLING water replaced the main meal, entree and desert, at the end of the night all i could feel was my stomach growling from hunger.i mean you could drop the food on the floor and it wouldnt make a difference thats how little there was.we spent $480 between 4 people and walked out starving, 2 min.noodles really saved me when i got home.i mean the desert was the size of my thumb.it was soo dissapointing a star is a no brainer, if i could go lower i would.i could be generous and say they maybe dropped the ball on this one but there was no ball to drop these guys are feeding pigeons.

Very good ambience and decor. Food quality is good and ample portions. We opted for the banquet (4 people) and were very satisfied with the servings. Good value for money

Our family group had the best experience with the awesome service in a true Lebanese food. The ambient is beautiful, the staff very attentive and food delicious. Definitely a place to come back

We're obsessed with biblos. The minute we came out of lockdown it was the first place we went.
The food is nothing less of amazing and the service is fantastic to. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and always try to accommodate as we have a baby. If you havent been to biblos youre totally missing out!

The food was amazing, catered for different dietary requirements without any issues. The service provided by Sam and the rest of the staff was top class!

Byblos has been our favourite place to dine for awhile now. Our kids love it, great location, does not compare to any other Mediterranean restaurant. Sam is always on the go making sure we are 100% satisfied!

We love dining at Byblos. Delicious food and great ambience. The veg platter for 2 is my favourite. Definitely coming back!

Pretty good, but I made the mistake of eating calamari. I'm highly, highly allergic in the guts to octopus, and now I know that extends to squid too, as it was a race to make it back to the hotel in time. I actually didn't make it to the hotel room and found someone else's toilet and violently defiled that.
But the food was awesome, highly recommend. Lovely staff. Very patient.

Valentine's day set menu was unacceptable for what it was.
Something more creative and better presented would of been appreciated.
Same restaurant have the same price for the set menu downstairs which is way more appealing but you get the option?
The dessert was a shame for the restaurant and their reputation. Literally grapes (same as the salad) & tiny bits of pineapple and was presented shamelessly in plastic cups, usually used to set panacotas.
Staff was great, helpful, polite.
Cocktails were also very nice.
View, was great.
Overall, unpleased with the set menu experience, felt like I was taken advantage of

Menu was hard to understand and no proper explanation when requested. Plus we asked for a container to take food home, they declined, thats a big no for me. Never go again. Don't get the houlami on the grill for only 20g of houlami and just onions grilled.
