Great value for money, 6 of us only ate $99 in total. The beef bulgogi with crunchy rice was nice, the prawn & beef fried rice was interesting as it didn't look like typical fried rice. It actually had egg & cheese surrounding it. Was good nevertheless.

Place gets busy during lunch time. Food was ok, soy chicken was nice, bulgogi was ok, the marinate was somehow "standard" didn't feel lake a restaurant made but rather out of a jar.

For $18, the portion of the seafood stew I got was not as expected - only a few small pieces of seafood. Food was just ok as well, not impressed. Wont go back again.

Got the lunch special - stir fried kimchi with mushrooms + comes with rice and salad.
$14 feels so worth the price!

Love the chilled, cafeteria, come-as-you-are feel of the place.

They have lunch special menu $14 dishes. I don’t know if it’s normal for Korean food but I felt food were a bit salty, the sauce of Korean Fried chicken was too much sugar contented.

Great little spot hidden away in one of Melbournes China town allies. Great food, great atmosphere always enjoy going here. The food is fantastic, there's no long wait and everyone is friendly.

By Korea is a small Korean establishment that you might misjudge from its facade.

The crowd that formed a small line gave us the impression that it is one of Melbourne’s favourite Korean restaurant. Most of the staff are Korean and we instantly knew that this place serves authentic Korean food.

We ordered a substantial amount of food, and we think that the original fried chicken is really tender. The sriracha mayo dipping sauce that came with it made it an impossible dish to dislike.

The rest of the dishes were alright, they were nothing to shout about so you probably won’t hate it, but also wouldn’t come back for it. The fried chicken is a definite must-try if you ever happen to be at this restaurant!

I loved the Kimchi stew. I wanted to rush through the meal due to limitation of lunch break. Glad I didn't. Kimchi stew was amazing. It is surely on top of my list for now.

Yummy yummy food and a lovely waitress. But they were out of wine but they had a fun grape drink. Excellent vegan options and off the busy streets of downtown. A cute place for a filling lunch. Very friendly people and simple decor. The food was tasty and healthy.

Absolutely delicious! Lived in Korea for a year and this felt like going back. Service was quick, prices were great and the food was to die for. Cant go weong with the bibimbap:) We will be back again!

Best value Korean food, authentic, good portion, definitely will come back again.the staffs are friendly, fast, and accommodating. I would like to especially praise the staffs on our visit, we were 9 people, Sunday 2nd May 2021 at 1.30pm to 5pm. They are friendly and attentive. They deserves a Bonus. Food are seriously goood!

Had the spicy pork bulgogi and chicken bibimbap. Spicy pork was really yum! Bibimbap was alright, needs a bit more seasoning on the sauce. Overall pretty good!

Store was a bit stuffy though, lack ventilation.

Service was great and very affordable prices. Love also they use purple rice on all dishes!

Had the beef bulgogi. Tasty and overall decent value for money, but I to spit out unchewable bits of beef into my napkin 3 times. At $14 nobody's expecting premium cuts of steak but it should nevertheless be edible. My local Korean, Liu Boss, does a much better job of it for just a few dollars more, and frankly I'd rather pay that little bit extra to really enjoy and actually swallow my meal

Had takeaway here and everything was perfect. From the packaging to the food - all amazing! Highly recommended!

Good food, but waitress made the mistake of bringing me the wrong and more expensive dish, then charged me extra for it. Not acceptable for the customer to be paying for your mistake. We used to come a lot, but would not be returning and will warn our friends.

Food presentation was nice but bland, sweet and over priced.
When I requested a straw.the lady staff said we don't keep it.making a face.

Amazing food, great serving size, authentic and so so tasty! We have been coming back here again and again.love it!

Ordered bibimbap. Really filling and delicious, portion is actually big and the price is reasonable. And they open really early, so if you're craving for Korean food for breakfast, this is the place for it!

The lunch sets are legendary. Quite limited seats so make sure you get there early before the lunch crowd.
