Busy Beaver Melbourne Airport Parking

Affordable close to airport parking with friendly staff members and have had no issues being picked up or dropped off. Around 10 minutes or less bus ride to terminal and shuttle buses normally comes quite quickly after calling the office to request pick up. No issues with my car left in bad conditions. Recommended.

I love parking with the Beaver! The price is very reasonable and the service is fantastic. Our driver this week was Malcolm, so nice to get off the flight and have a friendly voice and a safe trip back to our car!

Parked at Busy Beaver again on 1 Dec 18. Firstly, thanks Ciro for the best services offered, although we did not take the infant car seat installed by Ciro coz we decided to leave my 6 months son with my mum at the office area. Ciro uninstalled the car seat without any complaint. Secondly, thanks for all staff at the reception who looked after my 72 years old mum and 6 months old son while i was at the airport. Well done, team. Will come back again.

Also so easy parking here. The staff are lovely, they get your checked in quickly and always ensure you get to the airport asap. When returning they are always waiting, and again get you v on your way home quickly and fuss free.

Have read a few reviews with a similar experience to my family. Trip to the airport was great, return was terrible. We waited a very long time for a bus to arrive then when it did the driver had no idea who the first people waiting were and took people who pushed in. With quite a number of people waiting the next bus luckily was quick and arrived about 5 min later and again the driver had no idea who was waiting longest. Not a great way to run a business especially during a busy time.

First time using Busy Beaver and absolutely impressed by their wonderful and prompt customer service. Car came back immaculate even after requesting both undercover and washed inside and out. Reasonably priced. Very helpful and their shuttles are used promptly to and from airport. Fantastic service and not to far from airport. I will be back again and look forward to using Busy Beaver to my go to airport parking. Thank you so much for looking after my pride and joy.

This is my first time parking with them. I was greeted by a lovely lady at the reception and the shuttle bus driver was friendly too. While I was still checking in at the reception, the driver already took care of my luggage. I'm very impressed by their professional and friendly service.

We've been using Busy Beaver for quite a few years. Very convenient with competitive rate. In June 2018 I was in a rush the driver Ciro was very helpful and helped me get to airport in time. Thanks a lot!

Amazing service all round.

After previously booking with a competitor in a rush, I changed 30 mins prior to attending upon reviewing their reviews.

Not only were Busy Beaver reasonably priced, they were customer service focussed, delivered what they promised and easy to deal with.

Easy pick up and drop off, polite and quick!

Don’t go for the cheaper option, your car is a valued possession, so go with a company that will look after it.

Excellent service as always. This is a car park not too far from the airport, and they have dedicated shuttle buses to and from the airport. Staff are always friendly and helpful, making the airport trip into a stress free experience. More affordable than the airport long term parking. Highly recommended.

My front bumper was damaged and the car was left out in the elements for 3 weeks even though I paid extra to have it undercover.

On the positive side, the staff are super friendly, but this is of little consolation if your car is damaged and mistreated. The lady at the desk was very apologetic and has taken photos of the damage and said management would review the CCTV footage and get back to me.

I will update this review if I ever hear back, although I'm not holding my breath.

Bottom line is if you care about the treatment of your car - don't leave it with these guys.

Waiting for around half an hour to be picked up from airport is not expected and accepted as well and calling everytime n getting an answer that they are running out of staff is a ridiculous thing as well, that’s my experience not in a mood to advice using there service or no. Highly disappointed

On drop off, I left my phone in the car and they ran it back to the airport on the next bus for me. AMAZING! On return, Shannon transported the three of us back and our wheelchair athlete son and his Ironman race bike with great professionalism. We won't use anyone else apart from Busy Beaver EVER!

Had the pleasure of parking with Busy Beaver while we where away on holiday it was such a easy process the driver from the time we arrived to the drive to the Airport was just fantastic with my oldest son we will be using them for our future travels

Steve (the good looking one apparently,) was waiting at the airport and quickly loaded our bags onto the mini bus and we were back at our car in no time. Great service by Steve and the team at Busy Beaver. Recommend this place wholeheartedly Thanks Glenn.

Consistent Excellent service.

We've used Busy Beaver a few times now, and their service has been top notch.

Very quick in dropping us off at the airport and picking us up, and ensuring there are enough child seats to cater for all our kids.

Their attention to detail when having our car washed and vacuumed (which is an optional extra that we utilised this time around), was top notch as well.

Keep up the consistently excellent service.

We have used Busy Beaver numerous times now and always been happy. We find the location easier to get to than many other off-site parking locations and their busses are clean and drivers friendly.

The driver Steve was magnificent. He drove out to the airport and picked up my elderly and frail parents from the designated area they could manage the walk to. After dropping them back at the depot - he went and fetched my Dad's car for him, and drove it up to reception. All my Dad had to do was load Mum in, then hop in and drive away. Incredibly impressive service that we are very grateful for. Thank you Steve, and thank you Busy Beaver.
