Burgerlab reviews
76Really amazing place, nice team. One of best bacon burgers I had in a long time. Definitely worth checking out!
The best place to have lunch. Burger was amazing, tender and juicy. Buffalo wings added the flavour with nice green salad. Staff is very professional and best service. Must go place with family, mates and peers. Well done Burger lab. Thankyou for the nice hot lunch.
One of the best place to eat burger in this area. The price and quality is perfect. Also great for vegetarian folks.
Great burgers and menu, good atmosphere and a really friendly staff make this a really great place to eat in the area 10/10. Can’t wait to return again
The burger I had was ok, it tasted all good, a bit bland and it didn’t wow me in any way + the chips were a bit soggy, I really prefer the chips crispy.
Love the relaxed vibe, friendly staff, and fast service here. Sitting outdoors is our fave. The food is always great quality, and the weeknight deals (hello $2 fries!) make this our go-to local for easy, delicious and kid friendly burgers!
Great atmosphere in the garden and customer service was on point. Everyone smashed their burgers and shakes.
Friendly staff.
Ambience of the seating areas are nice.
The burgers were good - I liked the soft shell crab burger.
Reasonable prices.
Love Burgerlab! The Calamari, with Fries and Salad is amazing! Great Cosmopolitan's. Great Coffee and Super friendly staff. Shae and Chantelle are always so welcoming!
Very nice and tasty burgers!
We are keep coming back to this place, fast preparation time and delicious food. Give it a try if you are in the neighbourhood, it is quite good!
Best burgers in the area, great for eat in or takeaway and always consistent quality food. The concept is great and like that they support local farms.
Stay away from the crab burger, never seen anything as oily in my life. If you hold it up it actually drips oil and it's tasteless. We went today and got two and actually felt Ill when we got home. For the price, really not worth it. My son got the salt and pepper calamari and that was lovely and the lady that served us was nice, but that's the only saving grace.
Dropped in last night with my wife and we both loved our meals and the staff were friendly. She had the salmon which was cooked exactly to her liking and I got the lamb burger - let me tell you there was nothing missing from this burger. All the flavours worked so well together. Perfection (oh yeah, the onion rings were mega!
We will come back again for sure!
There are some trash burgers out there, but had a really good experience here. Will be back again.
A great spot for a burger. Nice outdoor seating area and friendly staff. The lamb burger and onion rings were excellent.
Burgers are fantastic, espresso martinis are delicious and the service was very attentive. Thank you to all at burger lab. I will be back!
Great burgers and menu, good atmosphere and a really friendly staff make this a really great place to eat in the area
Awesomeness in burger form. Great burgers, not sloppy, tasty and filling.
Fave burher place
Always love my meals at Burger Lab however the most recent time the chips were cold the chicken was cold and the burgers were soggy and cold. I’m so bummed there standards dropped.
If you want to be treated rudely for picking up your order, here's the right place! Most places these days have adapted their service to facilitate pick up and take away, these guys seemingly have not heard of such changes to improve customer service. The disgusting part of my interaction with them, was their justification of being rude: they thought I'm an uber eat driver because of how I looked (color of my skin? !) I went to what I thought was the pick up counter as my partner had pre-ordered and they yelled at me because they thought I was an uber driver. I think "excuse me sir we don't have a pick up counter, you should wait in this line" is the standard English used in hospitality, it was the first time I was addressed so unpleasantly as "Oiii! Where are you going? " and did not heard a simple "excuse me" for the misunderstanding!
