Burgerlab

Normally one of our favourite standby restaurants. Food was lovely, best fries. Unfortunately we felt like we were putting the staff out. Far from friendly & inviting. Hope it goes back to normal friendly place.

A surprising spot which emphasis the idea of chatting over a decent burger. The food itself is a level up from standard fast food change with a cost similar to grilled. The amount of space to sit inside and out was more than what the average local burger restaurant will offer while maintaining that local comfy bar vibe. Service was polite and down to earth where you actually feel connected rather than just a client. The only thing that got me thinking was that the burger cheese was not one I had before and that the location of the payment was only located in one place rather than 2 given the amount of space they provide. Also the ability to construct a vegetarian/vegan burger was poorly highlighted in pwrson compared to online. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

I had the atomic rooster, it was fantastic. Beer on tap and some of the best buffalo wings I have had for some time.

Unfortunately the burger patty was over cooked and the burger was pretty greasy. Otherwise it was ok

Many was super friendly and the fried chicken burger was delicious but for me the fries were the best.

Delicious burgers and chips, the girls were amazing shouting me a beer while I waited for my slightly delayed order. Cheers.

I'd eat a Fire Dog or Atomic Rooster every day of the week if I could.and wash it down with a Corona. For sure the best burgers in the area.

Excellent burgers, even the gluten free veggie burger is one of the best in recent memory.

Well structured, good ingredients and fresh with the right quantity, I would definitely go again.

Staff very friendly. Orders come out fast. Good burgers! The location is great it has a big indoor and outdoor seating which is different to a lot of other burger restaurants.tasty burgers cooked to your liking, nice sides and drinks, good prices highly recommend

Quiet when we visited mid afternoon so service was quick very nice burgers had the chicken burger and lamb burger decent size definitely visit again

Very rude customer service seems like they just don’t care about the customer’s requirements and don’t want to listen about their mistakes as well. I visited that place by checking the reviews but I think it’s opposite to all of them.

We came here for an impromptu dinner with our dog and sat outside on a quite weekday. The staff were lovely and super friendly. We got two GF burgers, chips, drinks and even got a beef patty for our dog as there are no onions. GF bun was soft and the ingredients were fresh. One of my top burger places.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming. Nice collection of beer, wines and spirits (must try the local beer) and best burger in town.

It was a grey night, rain lashed the window panes and the opportunity to cook dinner had passed me by.

Enter burgerlab. The rain subsided as I entered, clouds parted and a serene sunset lit up parkdale as burgerlab, like Mecca, became the beacon of hope for a night of poor time management.

Delicious, friendly and a fun way to spend a Monday. Cheers

Not as good as we were expecting. Staff are pretty rude. Not really wanting to be there clearly. Good music though.

Went as my friend has been here a few times and recommended it. The chicken burger was average in flavour but I would still like to try another burger on the menu as the area was pleasant to sit out and chat in.

What a disappointing experience. Burgers were quite ordinary but the icing on the cake was the total rudeness of the main cook. He was not willing to even discuss dietary requirements for a child. When I tried to ask him a question he glanced at me from the corner of his eye and made it obvious he was turning his back on me and was not open for any discussion. Can't say I have ever had such a rude customer experience. All the other staff were so friendly and helpful and so very embarrassed. No wonder the place was empty. Won't be giving them any further business.

Best place if u want to go out for food or drink with family or friends. Very good staff. Highly recommend

Great food great service really enjoyed the veggie burger and the tall bearded chef in the kitchen was very friendly (and attractive)

Bacon burger is delicious but the big win is the onion rings with BBQ sauce was pleasantly surprised to drink a nicely hopped pale ale on tap from Cavalier Brewing
