From day 1 of liaising with Burbank about our first day he we had a good experience. Shout out to Franca for being amazing at her job.
We built our first home during the COVID-19 pandemic, which had its challenges with internal / external selections. Obviously we weren’t able to see things in person due to lockdown and it was all done virtually.
Burbank were always prepared and had fantastic consultants to guide us through the process and answer any queries we had via a full day of selections. They were efficient and timely and had excellent communication.
We commenced building in December 2020 and our home was ready in May 2021 despite many lockdowns and a pandemic. Our site supervisor Dean was super thorough through the whole process. We had no delays, only minor touch ups at the inspection stage and an easy hand over.

Extraordinary service from an exceptional Builder. The process from the initial stages till the end has been very smooth and transparent. Even during COVID and constant lockdowns, we were guided very well in finalizing colors and everything. And even after that, the Building Coordinator and Supervisors have been very helpful by giving constant updates, being very flexible and very helpful. Special mention to Danny (Supervisor) for his involved assistance in achieving the end results. Definitely recommend to consider BURBANK for building your home.

My apologies to be that guy but Burbank is misleading. Before signing the contract, they're very responsive and professional, guiding you through the process. Sales consultant sucked us in with the promises our building will be completed within 6 months of being referred to construction etc. Upon signing the contract, we realised we had made a deal with the devil. Little to no communication from our designated new home coordinator plus no clear cut timeline. Always referred us back to the contract. I strongly urge new buyers to be wary of Burbank and probably shop around before settling on them. A new home experience should be filled with positive experiences and emotions but unfortunately I cannot say the same for our building.

The entire Burbank team have been a pleasure work with throughout our entire building process.

They are friendly and most importantly of all extremely knowledgeable and able to share those skills and knowledge to guide us through the entire process.

The Burbank building App gives an amazing level of clarity and ensures there is 1 space to gl to see all the required paperwork and progress updates.

Recommend to anyone looking to build a new home.

As a first home buyer, I was expecting the process to be daunting and stressful. But my new home consultant Amanda has been amazing from the very beginning. She helped me find and secure a block of land and then then make alterations to the floor plan to suit my every need while ensuring I stayed within my budget. She has made the whole process simple and easy.

All the staff have been very polite and helpful.
The options and price is very good and I am looking forward to the completion of my home.

Worst experience I ever had dealing with theses people. They built my house with faulty plumbing. Everytime it rains the water would pool under the house and it caused huge damage to my house.
Don't believe all the fake reviews about them they are their employees giving them top scores. STAY AWAY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU want to waste your money and time.

When we entered the display home we were greeted with smiles along with excellent, friendly and honest service. Everyone has been accommodating with our requirements in a new home and helpful with suggesting ideas. Thank you.

If you want a Sales Consultant who doesn't see you as $$ walking in the door, go to Michael Stephenson. Customer Service is exemplary! I've worked with Michael to get the right plan on my block and even when I go off on another tangent and think I want another he listened to my reasons and gave feedback. Can highly recommend!

Everything was made easy any everyone from Sales Consultant to Colour and Electrical Consultants was happy to answer any question and to help look up developer guidelines so everything was in order.

Just had our Colour and Electrical selection appointment and everyone was helpful, offering anything from styling ideas to the spacing of lights.

Believe the rumours. Currently renting a new Burbank home and multiple issues arise the worst of which was that and not even 6 months on the stovetop was leaking. Did not want to fix it until it was escalated.

Even worse if they are building next to you. They will leave and dump their things on your land and let you pay the costs. Immoral company and karma will catch up to them one day.
Was legitimately thinking of building with them due to cheap costs but these costs come at a price.

I have built my first home in Melbourne with Burbank Homes and my experience was outstanding. Burbank have been great in managing the process efficiently and i would like to recommend Burbank to people who want the best.

I completed my colour selections with Cacie and electrical appointment with Vanessa and had a brilliant day. Both ladies were friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the products, and offered sound advice when needed. They helped make the day relaxed and a lot of fun, and it was nice to be able to have that rapport with them whilst making such big decisions for my new house.
